Terrible service and experience received from this company; I insured my iphone 11 from 2024 until this year 2026, I lost my phone over the weekend and visited Game which is closer to me, I then decided to go to Galleria yesterday which i recieved worse service, the consultant that assisted me with taking insurance wrote down an incorrect serial number and according to them phone was not insured but I have been paying for over 2 years. Some one needs to take accountability i need a new phone not stories. Can I have this matter sorted immediately
Company that debited R2300 from my account without prior or proper follow ups...i want that debit order reversed and capitec is refusing this.
I have been requesting for my prescription letter from Nedbank for the past year. An overdraft facility that was taken in 2021 and hasn't been paid for since then by they are refusing with my letter. I need to sort out my life urgently I kindly request for the letter
I have been asking for my prescription letter since July 2025 with no luck. Now of a sudden I can no longer get the letter because I have been moved to a new DC without my knowledge. This is really frustrating as I need to get my life in order.
The way im so fed up with African Bank I am on the verge of taking them to the Ombuds. Not only am I given the run around to get my prescription letter, their consultants at their branches are not making things easy for me as well. Their service is pathetic and having reported this matter to their complains lines still nothing is happening. This whole year im dealing with this matter and I am really running out of patience
I have two issues , one is that you refuse to provide me with a prescription letter. 2. The service provided by one your consultants at African Bank Galleria is extremely bad. Your consultants need to be trained about customer service ,it's evident by what they did yesterday that they have surely forgotten their duties
My vehicle was handed over to attorney according to emails and sms I have been getting, lastest sms received was : " I qualify for a settlement discount of up to 60%"" Fast forward i then call mfc with regards to this sms only to be told that I should ignore those sms now that I want to settle this account. Agent i was dealing was nice however my concern is : mfc is giving out information to third parties for collection now that I want to settle i should ignore them

They still haven’t resolved my issue? I complained on this site but nothing has happened
