Terrible service and experience received from this company; I insured my iphone 11 from 2024 until this year 2026, I lost my phone over the weekend and visited Game which is closer to me, I then decided to go to Galleria yesterday which i recieved worse service, the consultant that assisted me with taking insurance wrote down an incorrect serial number and according to them phone was not insured but I have been paying for over 2 years. Some one needs to take accountability i need a new phone not stories. Can I have this matter sorted immediately

Misled about data SIM card For the past two days [28 + 29 April 2026], I have tried calling you six times. every time the line went dead. I am trying to cancel a data sim contract. i was misled about the sim card. The call center agent that called me, said it will replace my old sim card i had used in my MTN month-to-month router. The month to month router i have cancelled already. I have not used this data sim **********, but the money was deducted from my account on 25 April 2026. Please check on your system, and you will see the SIM has not been used.

Misled about data SIM card For the past two days [28 + 29 April 2026], I have tried calling you six times. every time the line went dead. I’ve been a loyal customer, paying for my insurance since 2022. Unfortunately, my phone was recently ****** from my home. I had people over, and after they left, I realised my phone — which was on the charger — was missing. I filed a claim expecting the support and understanding that insurance is supposed to provide, but my claim was declined without a clear or valid explanation. To make matters worse, the representative I spoke to on the phone showed little compassion or willingness to help. After being insured for years, this experience has left me feeling very disappointed and unvalued as a customer. I trusted this company to provide protection and fair treatment when something unexpected happened, but that trust has been broken. I hope they review how they handle claims and improve their customer service so others don’t have the same experience.

I’ve been a loyal customer, paying for my insurance since 2022. Unfortunately, my phone was recently ****** from my home. I had people over, and after they left, I realised my phone — which was on the charger — was missing. I filed a claim expecting the support and understanding that insurance is supposed to provide, but my claim was declined without a clear or valid explanation. To make matters worse, the representative I spoke to on the phone showed little compassion or willingness to help. After being insured for years, this experience has left me feeling very disappointed and unvalued as a customer. It’s been 3 months now trying to get a prescription letter from MTN ,as my name cannot be removed from debt review due to them ,they say they can’t find my account number as it is on the old system meaning they can’t help me ,they can’t give me any form of letter mind you without this letter I’ll forever be under debt review I’ve emailed them more than 50 times giving them my ID number giving them the account number that I have that was given by them to the debt review company 10 years ago when I had app**** to @debtrescue, the company itself also emailed MTN and they have failed to reply to them when I call MTN I’m being asked questions like are you sure you even had an account with MTN please send more proof, Iv emailed all necessary departments and none of them to date has gotten back to me with a better answer besides we cannot find your ID or account number,all I’m asking for is a prescription letter for this account or a letter that states that my account cannot be found due to the system change as it’s not my fault that systems have changed and old accounts were not brought to the new system

i bought a phone at Game on the 2July 2023 and they sold me an Insurance from Pinnacle Marketing ( Gaurd Risk ) i have been paying my premuim since then, i lost my phone on the 03/08/2025 was my Aunt's room charging when i went to look it was not there, i went to police station to report and i submitted my claim, Claim was rejected - i left phone Unattanded whick i dont understand their rejection - . It is both unfair and illogical to classify my conduct as negligent. At no point did I act carelessly or irresponsibly- The facts are simple: I left my phone on charge at a private family gathering at my own family home—an environment that any reasonable person would consider safe and secure. This is not a mall, a nightclub, or a public venue. It is entirely foreseeable that one would leave their device charging in such a setting without expecting it to be ******. To suggest that this constitutes a lack of due care is an insult to your policyholders' intelligence and a convenient misinterpretation of own policy terms. - This is not only poor customer service—it is a betrayal of trust. , I must point out that their rejection leans heavily on the "left unattended while charging" clause, which is overly broad and appears to be used arbitrarily to escape liability. If taken to its logical extreme, it suggests that a phone must be physically guarded at all times during charging, even in one’s own family home, which is both impractical and absurd. THESE COMPANIES ARE SELLING INSUARANCE FOR GAME AND MAKRO PEOPLE MUST BE CAREFULLY THEY JUST TAKING PEOPLES MONIES, *****LING.
