I am very disappointed with the service I received. Yesterday, I placed an order for delivery, and as I’m writing this review, I am still waiting for my order. Since this morning, I’ve been checking the tracking on the app repeatedly, but there have been no updates to show that my order is even on its way. It is already 9:00 AM, and I have been waiting since 8:00 AM with no communication or explanation. This delay is extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially with no updates provided to customers. I expected much better service and communication from Checkers Sixty60.
I was really disappointed with this service. I'm coming from overseas and I was craving African food. I decided to order mogodu and magwinya but they didn't meet my expectation. The mogodu was not washed properly and I had to recook it with some onions. I ordered dumpling but instead they put pap without informing me. I tasted magwinya with the hope that it would turn out better than the rest - only one bite I noticed that it had too much oil. It took away the authenticness of magwinya taste and even the presentation was not appealing. I'm conviced the staff is not well trained in cooking South African food. I feel robbbed from the experience, worst part the food was served cold. I was so excited that I even tipped the driver. To my surprise the food was not up to standard. Honestly they need to do better, Ubereats should do thorough background check.
I’m very disappointed with the poor service I’ve received from Nu Debt Management. Even after submitting my paid-up letter from Vericred Collection and MTN for my phone insurance, my name has still not been cleared. I’ve emailed several times and spoke with Millicent, who acknowledged my documents, yet my account remains open in their system. Vericred confirmed that the account was closed in August last year, but Nu Debt has failed to update their records. This ongoing issue and lack of communication feel like harassment. I keep getting calls from their agents and I have to explain the same thing over and over. It's like they want to find a reason for people to continue paying. Poor service delivery 😤
Complete ****😒 would not recommend anyone to take out an insurance with this company. You'll just be wasting your money!
I’ve been paying for phone insurance (Pinnacle Marketing) for 4 years, but when I finally needed to make a claim, it was declined without a proper reason. The staff were unhelpful and didn’t seem to care at all. What’s the point of paying for insurance that does nothing when you actually need it? Feels like a complete **** and a total waste of money.🚮
I’ve been a loyal customer, paying for my insurance since 2022. Unfortunately, my phone was recently ****** from my home. I had people over, and after they left, I realised my phone — which was on the charger — was missing. I filed a claim expecting the support and understanding that insurance is supposed to provide, but my claim was declined without a clear or valid explanation. To make matters worse, the representative I spoke to on the phone showed little compassion or willingness to help. After being insured for years, this experience has left me feeling very disappointed and unvalued as a customer. I trusted this company to provide protection and fair treatment when something unexpected happened, but that trust has been broken. I hope they review how they handle claims and improve their customer service so others don’t have the same experience.
