Misled about sim card

Misled about data SIM card For the past two days [28 + 29 April 2026], I have tried calling you six times. every time the line went dead. I am trying to cancel a data sim contract. i was misled about the sim card. The call center agent that called me, said it will replace my old sim card i had used in my MTN month-to-month router. The month to month router i have cancelled already. I have not used this data sim **********, but the money was deducted from my account on 25 April 2026.

Please check on your system, and you will see the SIM has not been used.
