I used to love takealot but after the experience I had this passed week I am honestly disappointed. I ordered a specific item and got send craft magnets of which I never ordered. Sending it back customer service booked it to be delivered to Bramley of which I am in Benoni then when they suppose to resend my order i have to collect it in Bramley once again. When informing them. They kept booking it for Bramley after I clearly stated that I am not from there. The attitude I got send the impression that they don't need to assist me and that I am of no use to them. I am truly disappointed
1. Ever since i started my contract i have said that i onlh get paid on the lady day yet every month from the 25th my account has numerous transactions of trljoy trying to take money. 2. Since mid nov 2021 my washing machine stopped working due to electrical issues thanks to eskom. I reported it 2 whereby yhd ladies promised me the problfm was logged. Nothing happened 3rd time I spoke with Marcel and it got logged for the first time. That was on 2nd of Dec 2021. On the 8th a technician czme checked it. Doesn't explain anything. I received a message parts will be ordered. Nothing further. I tried phoning Teljoy today no answer..... So for how long will i bd paying for something that doesn't work?
WORST EVER MEDICAL AID. I posted a complaint against polmed regarding a Keloid. They then review my so called case and yet again I was denied the opportunity to state my side as its unlawful to speak to a panel doctor where as i am currently under no doctor treatment because apparently according to polmed there is no treatment and I am not affected by the keloid. I have once again lodge a complaint for them to once agsin teview my so called case..... Now I am asking any advise how to take this futher to someone who will actually be able to assist me as I have a unlawful request to speak with a doctor and I am paying for a medical aid which is not able to assist me with my so called case. The only thing I would like to know if what treatment will they approve to permanently remove the keloid and stop it from growing back because previous consultations stated that they only way left for me is to have radiatioto tobkill the skin cells as this thing is extremely painful when it grows i can feel the skin tearing on the inside and regrowing. Now I ask what mist i do because apparently im not affected but i work with a firearm, i have shooting paons going through my head when it tears, but im not affected but i drive high speed vehicles. So how am i then not affected as per the statement of polmed. I know that i am affected as it is painful 24/7 it disturbs my concentration. So one day if i make a mistake due to this "non affected " thing on my ear i will personally keep Polmed responsible and make sure the other party does as well. I have tried my level best but seemingly my money is good but my health is not important to Polmed
Where do I start. I have a keloid on my left ear which I have removed 3 times. The last time was July 2018 and the doctor said the only way to prevent it from regrowing is to get chemo. We wrote numerous emails and motivations but they said they can't allow it because its cosmetic. No I ask you how is preventing it from regrowing having anything to do with cosmetic. It already looks like I have a apple next to my ear what's next..... I asked several people to assist me with a solution but instead the last one dropped the phone in my ear. What must I do. Im a marine plan member but it doesn't matter cause I pay more but still don't get any assistance or solutions
This company still texts and calls me even after I’ve sort out the problem. Then the lady says I should ignore the smses. Why then dont they take my number off their system. I have proof that i have paid up my account everything and she is so rude doesnt give a name doesnt give me chance to speak and speaks to me like i am a child. I mean you are supposed to be professionals And you threaten my to default me!
I have found a company by the name of Homecloud Solutions that sells wifi routers on cash or contract. You complete an application form online and then they advise you if your application has been approved or not? The sale process was flawless like most companies, however the after service are horrible. Worst homecloud wifi service ever This is the Worst wifi company I've ever seen. I have joined homecloud in 2017. Since then i have had about 4 times whereby i struggle to get services from them. This year 1st of Jan my signal switched off after many attempts to reach them i reversed the payment and the same day i got a email stating my account is arrears. I replied that due to me paying for something im not receiving and cant reach anyone i reversed the payment. If they fix it i will deposit the money so they never fixed it. 1st of Feb they made a deduction again from my account and i had signal until the 7th of Feb. Then there goes my signal again. I have sent emails to all their email addresses and yet they never phone or fix my signal problem So today i tried my luck again and phoned them got a lady who andwered the phone. She logged into my account and took a message regarding my problem and said someone will phone me back. I waited till 12h00 and phoned them once again. The same lady answered and logged into my account and didnt know anything of my first call earlier in the morning. Then explained to me that they rent out my data package and they are waiting for telkom to give them an answer regarding the signal problem. I then asked to cancel my contract as i dont get the services i pay for so she transferred me to a Natasha who then said i will have to pay for the cancellation as it is me who wants to cancel. I feel that this is unacceptable as i pay for something which I don't receive. They are in breach of their own contract but i have to pay a cancellation fee. I would like to move to Telkom directly? Is that possible? Sick and tired of fighting with these people and getting no feedback. My account is being debited each and every month and I return the debit order as I am not getting the product? If I do not get answers I will take it further?
