I was in arrears with Standard bank. Mooney and Ford harassed me to make a payment at a discounted rate. Which I did. It was settled and I received my paid up letter. Only problem is that they did not communicate that to Standard bank or Experian. I need them to clear my name because my debt is paid up.

<div>Complaint: Mooney Ford Attorneys in Durban has given me very poor service. They do not communicate, do not provide updates, and do not respond unless I keep following up repeatedly. I am very disappointed with how our matter is being handled and I am requesting urgent improvement and accountability.</div>

My account with Woolworths is up to date but I am still getting harassed with calls and smses claiming my account is in arrears, even after payment has been made. At this stage I will have to complain directly to your client as I’m now convinced you act outside of their instructions

Case No: 10071575 Busamed Gateway - Accounts Dept Incompetent My son was seen in Casualty. The admin clerk refused to seek authorization from Get Savvi my casualty cover and used our hospital plan, despite no hospital admission. We had fallen out and I wrote a complaint on the admission form for management to resolve. I fortunately took a photo of this as they claim to not have any records of my complaint. Get Savvi Casualty cover has agreed to pay the bill if Busamed invoices the account with Get Savvi details and not Prof Med. Get Savvi has broken protocol to assist. The case manager made a special call and emailed them directly with what required for payment. Busamed was to reinvoice the account to Get Savvi for payment. No success to date. Get Savvi has advised that this may prescribe after six months. Yet they continued to support and await the invoice. I have written numerous emails and had substantial calls with Busamed and ER Consulting, All my requests falls on deaf ears. I have since been handed to debt collector and Mooney Ford Attorney. https://www.mfp.co.za Again several emails and dialogues with Akash the Mooney Ford Attoneys and Mrs Nataniel from Fusion Credit Solutions that reassured me to have the matter resolved . She has even called me to advise that we will taken of the database for recovery and will address the matter directly with Busamed. I have decided today to write to the Hello Peter, The Law Society and Medical Schemes Ombudsman. My call today to Fusion was dropped when I asked for their manager Mrs Nathaniel after receiving yet another threatening litigation SMS I will await summons for this case to be heard by a Judge and an order granted exposing these bullies. In my opinion Busamed Accounts , Fusion Credit Solutions and Mooney Ford attorneys are all incompetent. Once the patient signs the admission forms they don't care as they will hound you for payment and not the medical aid.

This company still texts and calls me even after I’ve sort out the problem. Then the lady says I should ignore the smses. Why then dont they take my number off their system. I have proof that i have paid up my account everything and she is so rude doesnt give a name doesnt give me chance to speak and speaks to me like i am a child. I mean you are supposed to be professionals And you threaten my to default me!

Shocking treatment of Mooney Ford Attorneys. They phone you at least 10 times a day when you have made payment already even though you have a payment arrangement in place for the last 36 months and have NEVER missed a payment. If you make a payment at the end of August, they then start calling you on the 2nd of September to find out when your next payment will be made. For goodness sake, when people make payment, why the hell do you phone them and upset them on a regular basis. I have tried to be nice, I have tried to be rude and have now resorted to swearing as they just don't leave you alone. Total disregard for people's personal space and a total infringement of my constitutional rights. I have not missed a payment for the last 36 months and they still continue to call you every single day. What a terrible company. They are giving Woolworths a very bad name. Shame on you Woolworths for using this unprofessional company. You are probably being charged for every single call that they make on your behalf and your customers are not very happy. Mooney Ford Attorneys are the worst company EVER!

Woolworths and MFD are running a scam. WW hands you over even though you have been paying and MFP then claims that you haven't paid for months. Payment arrangements were made in April/May and payments have been made every month since. When I paid an additional R50, MPD immediately decided that the higher amount would now be my new payment arrangement. When I called in August to complain they then claimed that there was no payment agreement and that a new agreement was now in place. Tonight I get a threatening email stating that they see that I had not paid in July and then changed the payment arrangement. These supposed attorneys should be dragged before the bar because of their dishonesty
