Zoom Fibre has a terrible customer service, not taking ownership for the technical. They don’t communicate anything with their customers, yet they expect payment every month. Their untrained customer service consultants make things even worse.
I’ve been not able to get credit for years now and Bayport came to the rescue and got me back in tune, renewed my hope for better tomorrow. I recommend them to anyone needing help.
I’m very much disturbed by B3 and their new underwriters deciding to change my cover amount to 24000 while it took 30000 cover and my premium was changed from R580 to R783. What I also noticed is that they have reduced my dependants. This is pure scam and B3 must be dealt with.

The Car Track contract doesn't cater for certain clause. Loss of Employment is a reality in South Africa, I lost my job but their contract doesn't cater for that even Subscription waiver or cooling off period. This is unfair practice in the economy like this. Secondly, I Wan sold a device that will allow me to view the car activity on the Web or an App but that didn't happen, Cartrack is pathetic and full of lies. Peace be careful
