We had severe storms in the Western Cape which damaged the vibracete walls of my property. I couldn't put in a claim immediately as we didn't have electricity and the cellphones were also without any signal. After I were able to, I did do the necessary.Sad thing is, I have used the email address provided on Google, which only brought me to Nedbank hone loans. They send me a mail with the correct address. Don't know why they could just forward my claim to the insurance company. So I immediately send a mail to Nedbank insurance, but today it has been 5 working days without any response. I have dogs and ny neighbour have dogs which make it uncomfortable and creates tension between us. Nedbank never waites for their money as the premium goes off with the home loan. Why then shoul I wait without even acknowledging of my mail. They're not the only bank who provides homeloans. In fact, some of the banks are offering free bond a d transport costs. Perhaps it's time for a change. I can't live with this poor service. Even the Post office would be quicker.
I'm struggling to open a profile account with Fnb to link with my PayPal account. After numerous attemps, I contacted their call centre. I was advised to go to a branch to let it fixed as I owe Fnb credit card debt. The branch advised my after about an hour, I must open the account on my laptop at home. Nothing happened and I couldn't open the account. I contacted Fnb again as I was getting mails from attorneys to settle my debt. I had a credit card with Fnb 18 years ago which I couldn't pay at that time as I was retrenched from my job. The business closed down. I have never received any summons from them although I stayed at the same address nor did I made a payment. According to my attorney friend the debt has prescribed and they can't let you pay. I sent a mail to Fnb again and their legal dept said I must pay R902 to settle it. This is highly ******** and I couldn't believe one of our biggest banks doing business this way. Beware of any Fnb transactions.
Why is it impossible to open a profile account for PayPal with Fnb? Google and AI both tell me to go to the register icon. Yet it is nowhere to be found. I have wasted hours and days on these. Why not make it simple so that anyone that can read, can do it? I've posted on their fb page asking for help, but no response. I'm sure with this attitude of Fnb, PayPal is also loosing customers. It seems you should have a few degrees to solve this riddle. Can someone please help my with a step by step guidance how to open this account as Fnb is absent everywhere. Im glad I don't have to go through all this drama when opening a savings account with them. Please DM me if somebody could help me.
Don't use this survey site. The don't reimburse you, although you've waited about 3 months and your points are still under review. I have mire than 13000 points and can't redeem it.Their support is only excuses, but nothing happens. I still do receive surveys, but I'm not so stupid to do it. Stay far sway. They're a bunch of ****mers and will never pay you.
From one of the best sites, they have become the worst of them all. The surveys don't get credited, you can't redeem your points, but they receive their money from their panellists who supply them with work. Emails to them are unanswered. Seems this is a **** now. They are *****ing the people's money and never reimburse them. No communication from their side. People, stop doing their surveys. You are not going to get paid!
The worst cellphone company to do business with. I'm doing many surveys with trusted companies in exchange for points which is converted to cellphone vouchers or whatever the case may be. These companies have agreements with the cell companies. In the past week I have twice converted these points in exchange for Cell C airtime. Twice Cell C have send it back to the companies. Today was the 3rd time I have tried to exchange my points for Cell C. All they have to do is credit my account, but they can't even do this. Everytime I complains, the response is only "Sorry". This is costing me my time and money. Now I have to buy unnecessary airtime which I already have at the companies, but can't use it due to Cell C's incompetence. They will never reimburse you for their mistakes. I'm fedup with this lack of service. I have also lost a lot of surveys, which is money, due to the fact that I didn't want to buy airtime or data, because I have airtime coming which never came. The airtime is converted from British Pounds to Zar. Who is going to pay for the difference in exchange rates? Me again. They will just say sorry. Stay away from this cellphone company as far as possible. They will just cost you money.
I have been using this panel for a few years now and enjoying it. Never had problems till recently. I'm waiting 34 days now for a Cell C voucher. After questioning it, I have been told that they have problems processing it from Cell C side which I can't believe. On some of the other panels, I receive my voucher in seconds. I like this site, but in these days of electronic transactions, they are way behind. Even by post I would have received it faster. Something is seriously wrong.
I have done surveys for this panel and redeemed 2 KFC vouchers. When I did investigate after a month, I didn't received anything. I send them an email and their response was that the vouchers has been send to my cell nr. I didn't received anything. Normally they would mail it to me. So I informed them of the above and nothing happened. I have send them another email to inquire about my vouchers. Still no response. An airtime voucher that I have redeemed after the KFC vouchers, I did receive to my email address. This is bad service just ignoring my mails and someone is not doing their job which reflects on the company as bad. I have been a loyal panelist of Enlighten panel for many years and it never happened to me that I get this bad service. Nevertheless this is unacceptable.
This survey site is dishonest. They ***** your money. I have done many surveys with them, but can never redeem. First you have to have 3000 points. When you try to redeem, it's suddenly 4000 points. No more PayPal. Only vouchers. Trying to redeem, they told you the OTP is not right. So they ask for id, email and tel nr via wapp. Nothing happens. I have send a mail to them again. They have told me it's working now. Without even reading my wapp. So again I try to redeem. Same story. Now you must send them screenshots. They told me they will be working on it and it will take between 2 and 3 weeks to solve. Meanwhile they rejected 1700 of my points that were there for over 5 months. Just a warning to anyone who wants to sign up on this site. Don't. A waste of time with this incapable lot.
