A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME
Whoever is now in charge of Yourview since their 2024 website-to-app migration is either a **** artist or have no clue what they're doing. 1. Sometimes one completes a survey only to get a message at the end saying you're not a match for that particular survey. 2. After completing some surveys, points are not allocated. 3. They are forever out of rewards, meaning, one has points but no rewards to exchange them for. It's just a complete mess. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with YourView

No Service - No Reward
This company does not respond to queries, they let you proceed and start a survey until finishing it and don't get rewarded as promised. I experienced that last night. When I incurred with their support team, I got no response from them

No Service - No Reward

Yourview disabling comments to silence panelists
Just when I thought Yourview couldn't get sneakier... They have turned off panelists ability to comment on community posts. Yourview is silencing panelists who question them about point balances and rewards. I am still waiting for my points balance to be updated. It has been WEEKS! Stop being DISHONEST, Yourview!!!

Just when I thought Yourview couldn't get sneakier... They have turned off panelists ability to comment on community posts. Yourview is silencing panelists who question them about point balances and rewards. I am still waiting for my points balance to be updated. It has been WEEKS! Stop being DISHONEST, Yourview!!!

Yourview survey company is unreliable!
Yourview survey company is useless! I completed a mere 10 point survey WEEKS ago and the points were never added to my balance. Yourview refuses outright to reply to emails, community message boards and their ticketing system. Don't even waste your time completing their surveys. Either your points do not get added to your balance or there are no rewards available. Yourview stop being DISHONEST! #BlackFriday

Yourview survey company is useless! I completed a mere 10 point survey WEEKS ago and the points were never added to my balance. NEVER JOIN THESE ****MERS
I joined this in 2012 and i use to love it. It used to be the best and their customer service was on point. Until about a year ago no customer service no contact numbers no response. Its even worse that we complete surveys and at the end we dont get points. They are receiving money bi using people. Even their social media comments are closed. It is a ****. Whoever took over is greedy

This was the best site for me to make airtime, but now I wouldn't refer anyone to it they are unrealabel and not trustworthy I redeemed 2× 30 telkom airtime vouchers on the 28 April 2025 until this day I never received the codes to redeem vouchers and they don't engage nor respond to my tickets.
