This is pure ******* !!! I recently bought from them and received water on all 3 perfumes. The packaging is off as well, not like the origional. Please spare your money and never ever buy from them because even when you raise your concern, they just keep quiet.

I am disappointed in the service from capital legacy honestly. Kn the 7th of January 2026 I made a call to capital legacy to cancel my policy. I was assisted by Fortune Thapelo Williams who promised to have processed my cancelation and the office will contact me to process it further. On the 11th of February 2026 I made a follow up with an email but no reply, today still. Highly disappointed in this service honestly. They deducted from my persal when I made it clear I want to cancel with them.

This is the worse delivery company ever. Wiseman Zwane was set to deliver my order on the 26th of April 2025 has per SMS received, I waited the whole day to receive the order but nothing. This is the worse company Cape Union Mart can collaborate with. *********.. DPD LASER!!!!
Dear Vodacom Customer Care, I am writing to raise a concern about the behavior of one of your consultants, Nokuphiwa, during a call on 26 April 2025 at 12:49 p.m. While speaking to Nokuphiwa, they made an inappropriate comment about my voice, saying that I "sound like a girl." Whether intended as a joke or not, it was disrespectful and highly unprofessional. No customer should ever be made to feel insulted or mocked when contacting a service provider. I am not seeking an apology or any personal action. However, I strongly urge Vodacom to remind all staff about the importance of maintaining professionalism and respect toward every customer. Thank you for taking this feedback seriously.
I'm not happy with this new bash app honestly. Now I don't know if the system has problems or what but I'm struggling. I paid R3000 but the account balance hasn't changed. Now I have R0 funds, mind you my account is in good status. The credit limit kept changing. I am not happy at all
These people are so smart with how they advertise their business. All a ****. There's no such thing as buy now and pay later. It does not work like pay just now or pay flex. They deduct the full amount and use fancy words like "reserve". Rather go back to the shop and buy things cash. DO NOT USE THEM, I REPEAT, ABORT MISSION !!!!!!!! They deducted the full amount and then they are still going to deduct installments? Merchants should avoid partnering up with such ****s, this Float is a complete **** !!!!!!!! SIES
I had an investment policy with this company. Upon realisation that the money I had invested was decreasing instead of increasing I decided to cancel the policy. Upon cancelation, I had a stop order and they debited the amount even when I had canceled the policy. Today I'm going from call to call and no one is giving me a straight answer. They debited on the 20th of April till today I've emailed and no response. Pure *********
Listen when I say this company is nonsense !!!!!First and foremost I made an online order whereas I ordered 7 units in total on the 27th of December 2023. Today I went to receive my order only to find out that the courier only delivered 4 units. I made a query with the store and they called customer service. The first consultant was 1. Rude and 2. When we requested her name, she hung up on us. We called back several times after, she kept on hanging up on us. We made the call to this number 021 928 1040 at 11:30 am duration of the call was 14min 46 sec and this rude consultant hung up on us and kept on hanging up until I used my personal cellphone to be answered by a Joy. She said due to POPIA she cannot give me her surname and she's the only Joy in customer service imagine the sassiness. She also declined me talking to the manager and said there is no manager on the floor. We called at 11:49 am and the duration of the call was 13 min 8 sec. I am completely disgusted with the service I received from these two females. Even worse the 0860 900 100 customer care number provided to us customers on the invoice does not work. I even asked Joy for the courier number and she said she doesn't have. Which really doesn't make sense, these people need people etiquette. I'm completely appalling !!!!
