I regularly use Uber service for eats and travel, This is a wonderful service,however, it has come to the hand of African, bad idea, it's now prone to *******ion . I have experienced twice an unauthorised debit from my account for uber NPA service membership without my permission, this is *****, or maybe the people who work at the uber organisation thinks this is normal to take peoples money without their permission. ******* !. And why doen't they want us to pay in cash ?
Woolworhts in Parkwood Johannesburg is the worst Woolworths that ever existed , no stock of items ,poor service, the manager will tell you we are a small woolworth ,go to Rosebank if you need a better stock or better service. Just disgusting
Very poor service, in spite of paying for delivery ,goods take up to one month to be delivered. Poor service.
For year now, Jo'burg citizens enjoyed poor degrading services. Laterly the residence of Parkwood and surronding areas suffer weekly power outages and no water. The call centre is useless, they usually cannot assist or just give you a referrance number which 90% of the time does not work just so you can stop being an irritation to them. I am sure employees at City power and the water department are sabotaging the system with the help of ******* officials. Why should we pay municiple bills ? Jo'burg a world class dump

Very, very poor service, DSTV is ready to sell you new products without proper service providers. A don't care attitude from DSTV senior management who don't respond to complaints, Installers who think that is okay to waste the customers' time installing a product, and no backup service—poor communication skills. I cancelled my new package and I will further cancel the ongoing subscription. I would suggest that people using this DSTV service do the same. Other providers out there can give you better viewing and service
I find it very amusing that Hellopeter allows defamatory remarks posted by client about Parklands Veterinary Clinic, Yet I the owner of Parklands Veterinary who is a non-white person and who is a client with Sanlam cannot publish my factual findings of this company for which I have the necessary proof and I am pursuing this matter in court. I been banking for 48 years with Standard bank, today you don't even have a manager to speak to but some unqualified idiot. When I got my loan from Standard Bank I was well and Healthy, They used to call me and ask how can they assist my business and me personally, They used to address me as a Doctor, which I am, They took copies of all my Degrees and academic accolades. I got ill, I suffered 3 heart attacks, 3 stents place in me and an open heart surgery, I am Diabetic ,I suffer from Neuropathy and cancer. Now that my income has dropped, I called by my 1st name ,no more doctor, Staff of Standard Bank treat me as though I owe them the money, they speak rudly . I spent 22 years at University to become a specialist. Standard handed my account over to a greedy lawyer who wants to drive a fancy BMW or and AMG which also goes for the Standard bank White employees . Myagreement with Standard Bank was that I make a certain amount of payment monthly, which I am doing ,so Why hand me over without my knowledge ? I also deal with Ned Bank, its the best bank for personal and business purpose. Please stay away from Standard Bank, Their main aim is to make lawyers and their CEO's wealthy . This is not a bank ,but, a loan shark bank.
My iPhone was stolen, now MTN does not want to pay unless there were a beak and entry into my car, yet when I took out the policy the Lady at the MTN store in Rose bank Mall told me that my phone was insured against theft and damage. They say that they spoke to me about the policy which is a lie, All I received was two phone calls from MTN insurance asking me to increase the limit on my device. All legal agreements are recorded, I ask where is their recording of the conversation they had with me. I have taken the case to the ombudsman. Please look for another insurer for your phone. device.
I am a premier Client of FNB, my experience is that anyone can charge items to your account and the FNB staff will allow the transaction to go through without stopping or reversing the transaction. Staff either have a don't care attitude or are not educated enough to handle certain situations. due to the nature of my query my calls was dropped several times and I had to go through the same procedure again and again to verify myself to a machine. FNB's customer service does not allow you to go further than the person you are talking to, their managers are either hiding under the desk from the public or don't exist . Furthermore ,FNB's legal service are a bunch of fools, who use a banking platform to extort money from its clients with no service provide. Till date I am waiting for the head of their legal service to get back to me as I subscribed to their legal assistant program. Very ,Very, Very poor service with their black staff having a don't care attitude as I will still get paid my salary. Just remember its people like my self who help contribute to FNB's managers salaries and staff salaries.
