I am so sick and tired of their pathetic online service!! You order a size 7 and you get a left foot in 7 and right foot in 8. Or you order a size 7 and get a pair of size 8. The packers obviously pack whatever they see and nobody checks before it gets delivered. PATHETIC!!!
Please explain to me how do you hold on for 20mins before someone answers your call. This is RAM...not some Mickey Mouse delivery service!!! And don't come with all the other services available. There is a reason why I called.
Charged on the wrong km readings. Requested readings from tracker installed. Two Days down the line and still waiting while Europcar took my money.
Excellent service and stock includes hard to find fragrances.

The product is available to order online. You take my money and then tell me there is no stock. Or there might be stock but to source it form another branch my order should be a minimum of R1,000. What utter nonsense!! Only in SA.......
Cape Union Mart Reference # 00340955 Placed an online order. Money is deducted off my account and no trace of my order or product. Holding on for ages when trying to follow up.....email responses are nothing more than "i will follow up". Received feedback (after I called) after 3 days that I will receive an order confirmation.....

Stopped receiving my gym booster benefits because i had to upgrade my banking package. They are basically forcing you to get a credit card. Took the plunge and upgraded on condition that I will be receiving my gym booster benefits again which will cover the monthly bank facility cost. The salesperson's exact words word "you will get your benefits back as soon as you upgrade". On the phone for hours...getting no feedback....still waiting for the recording with the bank salesperson. Apparently someone at Discovery listened to recording and heard a completely different version to what i did..... Then why did I upgrade in the 1st place???!!! They have become like a Government Organisation....endless back and forth communication.....no proper feedback. or any feedback at all. Dealing with agents sending you from one end to the other. I think they were trained to tire you out so can can just keep quiet and accept what they tell you. Making it extremely difficult to follow up as I was told I need to come to Jhb Head Office to listen to the recording. SERIOUSLY!!!!
VW Polo went in for 60,000km service on Monday (26/07/2021). After having endless issues with Barons in prior years, I decided to give Weiss VW a chance. BIG mistake!! Short staffed so no proper communication. Then the service advisor tells me at close to 5pm that I can fetch my car the next day if not finished in time....really? Uber to the dealer and managed to get there in time. Took this lack of communication up with the Dealer Principal without much joy. Now for the big "surprise".....moved on to my car outside and there right in front of me and clear as daylight....scratches on my right rear bumper!! Needless to say I was not myself after that and left the dealer expecting a call the next day to resolve this matter. 28 July and still no call to even just apologize and inform me that they are working to resolve this issue. Probably hoping I will forget about it or the camera footage and pictures taken before and during the time my car was there, magically disappeared. Is this a general KZN Dealership issue or the whole of SA? I assume Dealership/s of the Year only refers to new vehicle sales. Reported to VW SA in the hope my faith in VW will be restored somewhat.
