There is a maintainance Analgesic named Martin at seef Polokwane. I have reported many problems at the property they are managing. But he always ignores them and prioritize the owner in all cases. Everytimes i end up fixing the problem and invoice them then they say owner gave no permission. Currently my cars get stuck on driveway everytime it rains but does not care at all. I had no electricity for a whole week and paid people to fix but said the owner say the bill is excessive and not willing to pay a cent. Even the entire management team supports him on such cases by sending evacuation notices if you tell ask them to resolve maintainance issued. They treat tenants as if they are burgers. This is a very upsetting company which cares nothing about maintainance and customer service.
This company is full of ****. The used wrong HS number to invoice and when I request the to correct the invoice so that I can pay correct amount they send me from pillar to post and they say they will send the package to state storing with a penalty of R5000 after 14 days. They phones are not reachable and they don't respond to emails. I am still waiting and it's over 4 days
since i signed up for 4 family members at sunward park club i was guaranteed to receive bags and caps or bottles for all members. But to date i have not received them, But all the members at gym who signed after me got bags and caps or bottles. I tried to follow up this matter several times but got empty promises over and over while new members keep on receiving on sign up. they even display these items marketing for new members but when i ask they forever tell me to wait. I am tired of waiting it is almost a year waiting. This is False marketing and ************** against my family. Provide me and my family with bags and caps or water bottles or otherwise cancel my membership as you do not value my payments and refund all my premiums as this is a breach of contract.
Its over a month since ordering and paying in full for couches. They never delivered couches. they sent me sms of outstanding balance every single day. and i have sent more that 3 staff the proof of payment for over 5 times. They never call me untill i call everyday to find out the progress which i get excuses about finance every day. even now i just received that stupid sms of outstanding balance. all level of management fail to resolve this simple thing of allocating payment and sending my delivery . they are just sitting with proof of payments. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN THEY ARE VERY TERRIBLE.
I have been trying to call absa stockbrokers for a week now to get a mandate to buy BEE Shares but they never answer. I also sent several emails but they never respond. This department is very poor with customer service. the share price even doubled while trying to get hold of mandate to buy BEE shares, you can imagine how much money i lost through this poor customer service.
Absa stockbrokers has extremely poor customer service. i opened online share trading account and submitted all required documents for over a week but the never get back t me. even after more that 4 enquiries made regarding progress on my application. they don't answer calls as well.
I was charged an interest of R349,84 for cash on this statement on page 2. I have not withdrawn any cash. Please clarify this charge because it makes no sense to me. And reverse it. I paid for all immediatel fees charged and all transactions were settled back within statement cycle. So where does this cash interest charge come from.
Fnb credit card charged me interest whereas the balance was positive and all transaction we settled with statement cycle. When I made a query Byron Vallar replied that the interest was for transfers made out from the credit account. I disgreed with this because there are separate instant fee charged and paid for transfers and payments. I Byron Vallar to escalate this matter since he can't resolve but 7 days ago but never replied back. This is poor customer service and scam from this credit department.
my consignment has been with the couriers for 3 days now, they first delivered to wrong address over 300 km away. Now the consignment is untraceable and no one in this company takes responsibility. the consignment was in Boksburg head office. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. the consignment is meant for business and the further the delay the greater the loss. If everybody want to use this company for expensive consignment they must think again.
my 2 defy freezers were sent to Value logistics on the 1st of December 2020 but i have never got any correspondence from them. this order is way overdue. This is poor customer service and is hindering profitability of my business. Reference number MAK2809316. CALL ME.
