I tried to open my app to surprise it says Im in arrears how when I make monthly payments and the nerve to even debit to my account. I am very angry and disappointed I send an email but no one has rep**** to my email or reply

Bad customer service
Good day I emailed Sterkinicor on Monday to cancel booking 8+ hours before showtime. I got an acknowledgement but no cancellation voucher yet. I was advised that a consultant will get hold of me soon to make new arrangement and nothing is happening I have try all their platform to send the request after acknowledging they don't come come back to me. I tried the customer care number the robot keep on promoting the app over and over again without taking me to a consultant. I requested a date for today from Monday. I send a message today I was advised that it has been escalated and it is 3 hours to movie time I am frustrated with their service. I keep getting new ref numbers. Poor customer service
Good day I have been calling fnb home loan for a paid up letter and I send to another department that department send me back to the home loan department. I was then advised to send an email to please help me and home loan department my email had been send pillar to pillar without any luck. Is this how you service your client after they settled the amount owed not my attorney is closed for Christmas without assisting me. Can I get my paid up letter urgent.

Dishonest by lies
Good day even that one 1 star metrix doesn’t deserve it, I sign up for a 199 tracker for my vehicle yesterday and I was told by Neo that mextrix doesn’t charge for installation and I will be paying less than 199 for this month because I joined in the middle of the month to my surprise now when I check my account it says I will pay 621.14 why is it so I want to cancel this tracker your consultant was not honest I would’ve signed up for this.

Fraud
I rejected a debit order and fnb decided to honour that payments without my knowledge now I have to pay 80 that I was not even made aware of can someone fix this before I take bake money back to standardbank

Driver does not wanna bring back my belt
Good day I'm very disappointed at your driver, yesterday I requested Didi and and Mlungisi came and drop me off to Naledi at 7:25am I forgot my black Moschino belt in the car I then called him immediately he said he will come to me but he did not come back, I called him again without any luck I then ask my brother to call him luckily he picked up the phone and say he will meet up with him and give him the belt but he dis not not come as promised I then call him today he swears at me and say he went to KZN he will not stop going there because of my belt can I please him my belt back before I open a case for him.
