Dear Vodacom As promised your incompetence will be shown public. Dear views, readers etc Vodacom a well known company for providing a steady and capable network service for customers far and wide please do pay attention to the following. If you have a contract with Vodacom and you decide to pay off your contract manually but still get deductions regards of what it may be relinquish them. Vodacom is technically robbing you. I have waited for more than what I was told by the associated people at Vodacom for the money to be returned into my account and yet it is clear to me that their accounting department is not up to standard. My fellow South African's in today's economy we are already struggling because of things that are out of our control and now a company ****** me of my finances that were meant to be returned to me in the appropriate manner. I haven't gotten any response back from them, their whole system is managed by an AI bot that keeps redirecting you. You can phone them but there goes your airtime because apparently they are always busy with another customer which I think is a blatant lie especially is there is a few team of call centre operators. I warm all those in favour of Vodacom to please reconsider not just your time and money but your state of mind as well not to go with this company. Due to the fact that they are quick to react when they trying to squeeze more money out of you than return what wasn't theirs to begin with! You can take this information however you see fit but as of this moment if anyone asks me if Vodacom is great for a service provider I will say **** NO! Good day Vodacom!
Once again I'm back with another complaint and it's like you mother****ers want me to be ****ed at you I wake up to my network completely not working both on 4G and 5G which leaves me to go buy data which I shouldn't have to because I already pay a service that was initially supposed to provide! Rain are you ****ers really trying to **** me off! Because I don't have extra money to buy data just so that I can do my work every time you guys **** up my network! This is the message I sent today on your application and you guys are going to apparently reply within the next 24hrs Which means I can't do my work today unless I buy data and then do my work which is extra costs out of my pocket because of your ****ty internet I literally plugged the router into my pc just to see what the speed I'm getting and guess what ****ers 102kbps for download and 286kbps for upload which means it's not running properly! Go ****ing fix your tower or come out like you were supposed because I'm ****ing done with you guys please do expect a lawsuit letter by next week if this isn't resolved because at this point I'm paying for a service that clearly isn't being provided!

I tried being nice I sent complaints on your app and you still your Network is utterly **********ly slow my download speeds is below 2mb and my upload is utter **** I changed settings on my device like you asked I restarted the router like you asked I hard reset my device like you asked and yet the router isn't the problem but you ****ERS clearly are! You clearly don't pay attention when to your customer bases when we state that your towers are a ****ING joke because I can't even stream a proper video without having to restart it every single god forsaken time! I think it's about time I made this publicly known to all your customers that your network isn't viable for every consumer base at a decent price bracket Thank you for making me change over to a different service provider if not this month when I stop paying you next month I'll have my next service provider in order! ****ING ****S CANT EVEN DO SIMPLE THINGS!
Dear Rain I sent out a message stating that my internet was absolutely terrible. And I phoned you guys and you all stated that the tower was having problems fair enough I let it slide for a day or two but Big BUT when an individual wants to use the internet on 5G A person gets extreme lag I can't watch shows properly, I can't stream, I can't work and yet I wonder whose fault that is? I pay you for a service and yet I don't see it at it's performance at which I paid for? Should I sue you for false advertisment or should I just get the court papers ready because I'm pretty much done with sending emails with only a bot responding and telling me an agent will be in touch. So here's the thing Rain you can start getting your act together and stop lying to people or you get a nice slap on the good old cheeks and say bye bye to my money and other future customer bases. Thank you for your service which again am not still able to reach at it's maximum potential but yes thank you for creating a beautiful opportunity to really **** me off.
So let's just get this straight I left home at 6 in the morning knowing that there wasn't going to be loadshedding got it fine not a problem. Right? Wrong I get home at 10pm and I can't make something to eat nothing and the electricity is still off since around 6 this afternoon according to neighbours in brooklyn so I would like to know where the **** is the people that supposed to fix this **** this is obviously planned or some sort because knowing this government they would do something like this just to **** people off! You asswholes do realise that if a fridge doesn't have power for a certain amount of hours the motor of the damn thing can also pack up not to mention the food that I left in there wasn't even cold because of how ****ing hot my house is! Are you guys so useless that you can be regarded as ******s oh no wait wrong term ****** at least know what to do and when to do it you idiots fall under a different bracket completely! At this point both the city of cape town and eskom can go **** each other because your both ****ing totally ***********!
Eskom you do realise turning off the electricity and turning it back on then turning it off causes more damage to peoples things than your ****ing brain can hold together! How ****ing stupid do you have to be to cut the electricity when it wasnt even due to go off! Are you so ****ing stupid that you can't even tell time! Do you realise that people have lives to! We cook, clean, work and entertain ourselves with electricity which we pay for! IT'S LIKE YOU ASSWHOLES ARE ASKING TO BE KILLED BY THE PUBLIC! This is absolutely pathetic! You guys turned off the electricity at 11:40am then put the electricity back on for only 40 minutes! You guys have no respect for those trying to work or the elderly that need the electricity to do certain things! I DEMAND an answer as to WHY the electricity went off when it wasn't supposed to in the brooklyn Area!
So today August 26th 2023 at 13:46pm I requested a driver to take me to my destination. It costed me R85 for the trip from where I was to the destination I requested and yet the driver arrived at my gate and then just left while the money already was deducted from my account! Now I put a dispute on the Bolt app and requested a new driver. Got to my destination and Bolt wants to only refund me a TOTAL of R38 which isn't the FULL amount that I already paid to the driver who just left me at the Gate looking for him! So Now What Bolt! Should I press charges! For theft!
So once again we are back at Stage 6 it's like you Idiots don't know when to let the economy grow back to its feet and when it starts to get better you suddenly decide to cute us the people once again down from growing! Like are ****ing stupid Eskom! You do realise that you ****ers are making our Country South Africa a living ****ing JOKE to the outside nations! You ****ers are destroying our way to actually close deals and conduct business in this pathetic country and yet you still turn off the lights when we need it the most! The day will come where you mother****ers will be shot on site because of what you are doing to this country! People won't take this **** for much longer and the Armed forces won't risk their lives for a bunch of idiots that's can't keep the electricity on! I Hope you ****ers pay dearly for this!
