Whole amount deducted anyway from the Credit Card. So whats the point.
Cannot see any benefit to this way of paying?!?! Granted its easy to link and so on, but the whole amount is deducted from my credit card so its pretty useless as you cannot use the credit anyway. Seems very dumb to me. If you have the money in your credit card, then just pay for the item. Wont ever buy with Float involved as there is really no real benefit.

Be careful. They will turn your once off payment into a subscription
They changed my once off donation to a subscription. Dont trust these guys. Even their website newletter last done in 2024.

Site ok, but marketing calls afterwards just relentless
Website good, but afterwards, the marketing calls are awful. Auto and General called at least 6 times. Even after telling them to stop. I'll never use hippo.co.za again

You will not get your refund after you sold your house and the city owes you money!
When you sell your home in Johannesburg, you have to pay 4x your normal rates and taxes to get a certificate so that you can sell. They say that you will get a refund when everything is completed. Don't be fooled, you will not get your refund. Its been about 6 months and they owe us R13 000 but you just dont get a response from the City of JHB. Its a lie and they stealing billions like this from people that sell their homes in JHB!

Most helpful and get the job done
I've never had issues using Weq4U. I've used them a number of times and must say that they are most helpful and get the job done. Maybe the traffic department causes delays but that is not their fault.

Will someone just contact me with an answer! Fix you block links
I renewed 3 licenses and 1 one had a block. My fault as I forgot the trailer. I paid the trailer and so go the license. BUT BUT BUT, the motorbike license says it has a block. Then you click on the "Block Link" and there is no Block. So you contact them via the stupid website chat and they say, we will get to you. They just dont! Even if I get told I need to pay for a reprint or something. I would. But at least get back to me man!!!!!!

They just dont seem to answer any queries at all. Why have a contact email and form on the website when you just dont answer?!? Part of BMW?!?! Really?!?!

Excellent warranty servuce
I must say that Dell service is excellent. Really really good. I bought 3 Dell Laptops and 1 of them had a problem with the mic. They sorted it out with new parts and they kept me in the loop all the way as to where parts are, when they coming and so on. Its really refreshing to have a company with such good service. I'll buy Dell again and again!

Useless cancellations department
Ahead of time, I called vodacom cancellations and then asked to cancel a contract that was expired. This was one of those extra numbers/phones they gave free. They assured me that it was cancelled. Guess what, its still active and they still charging. Useless. Just useless cancellations department!!!!!

Excellent Service
We have used them 2x and had excellent service. They got the car license transferred and new disks arranged. You just have to make sure you get all that they ask beforehand. Will use them again!
