Settled my Account with Mobicred last month(April 2026), they sent me a settlement letter and I paid the same day. This month (May 2026) a scheduled payment erroneously went off and I requested a refund. Their response "You have an outstanding balance of...." Been waiting for more than 2 weeks for feedback now. God forbid they need money how quickly you must pay. Still waiting for my paid-up letter and refund that I asked for 2 weeks ago.
Very slow delivery recently, and always using the excuse of weather delays when its not even bad weather. Food arrives cold and having to wait for a minimum of an hour for food is ridiculous.
I had just ended my wi-fi contract with Vodacom in December and upgraded from a 20Mbps line to 100Mbps line. They told me I'd get a new router with the new contract. They sent me a 4G router instead of a 5G router and I have seen no difference in my line speed. On top of that they added some 5Gig recurring data bundle to my uncapped wi-fi package. How does this make sense? My old router is faster and the one I still use. Now I have a 4G router I don't use and the same line speed. At an increased price.
Very responsive when signing up. Once you are locked in. Service delivery deteriorates and not very helpful with queries and following up.
I cancelled my Gym Company contract in 2017 and was told that my cancellation forms were submitted by the accounts manager. This was after them charging me an extra month after I actually submitted my cancellation. I had to enquire why I was getting money deducted from my account. 5 years later I get an email from an apparent representative of Gym Company, Tracy Maluleke, that I am blacklisted and that I should pay R1000 to cancel my account or continue paying R700 to continue my membership. Instead of addressing the error on their side after I provided proof that I had submitted cancellation I am told that I need to make time and use my resources to go to their offices to sort out the error. I am currently on military training and confined to base. Yet they expect me to sort out their poor management and unprofessional treatment of the issue.
I've been struggling to purchase online using Mobicred via PayU. An error message comes up requiring account verification. I've tried contacting Mobicred customer support but have been holding for quite some time,wasting my airtime. The customer support is very poor and unavailable on weekends which is very inconvenient considering its a payment method thus issues may arise at any time in the week.
Sunbet voids and steals winnings back from clients. Even when presented with evidence of the winning results of bets they refuse to correct the winnings. Support is terrible, operators ignore clients and do not even treat the clients with proper manner. They should be trained to deal with clients properly, that's what they are paid for.
Cell C LTE routers. I bought a LTE router with 20gb day data and 20gb night data, which is what their 40gb option actually is. I thought this would keep me safe from uncapped WiFi throttling. Apparently LTE changes with time the same way that uncapped WiFi lines get throttled. When I first used this device it was very fast and never had a problem streaming HD quality movies and vids. Now the connection has become terrible and I struggle to stream YouTube at 360p!!! This is really sad, one can't even say it's due to location based network availability, I haven't moved and the network service deteriorated.
I was about to renew a smart s contract that I started in 2016 until I realised that Vodacom has been charging me for services I have not Subscribed to nor can I find the means to unsubscribe for any type of WASP services. vlive content service started being charged since April 2018. Service I have never subscribed for nor used. The service name has since been changed to "entertainment services" I have read other reviews on hellopeter where customers experience the same situation. I am sure I will be told the same lies that they have told their customers. Beware people, check your invoices and stop this added unauthorized charges. This is no better than stealing.
