We own a filling station in Pietermaritzburg, KZN. We haven't seen the representative for 4 weeks now. Simba / PepsiCo is not replying to their emails, nor answering their phones. PATHETIC SERVICE. Never seen such in my life
Good day We had a drop safe from Fidelity in our convenience shop, and they also did weekly collections. I gave them notice by the end of November 2025 to remove the safe by the end of December 2025. I also confirmed that the debit orders that were deducted from our bank account by the end of December. 2025. I had to remind Fidelity in 2026 to come and collect the safe, and it came at the end of January 2026; the debit order of Fidelity went off our bank account. I had to phone the bank and instructed them to reverse and stop the debit order. We did not use the safe at all after December 2025. It was merely just standing there like a white elephant, until I had to remind Fidelity to fetch, but they are billing us for the time it stood in our shop. I bought a Samsung Note 20 Ultra, after I had a Note 4, which lasted me years. I have contracts with Cell C, which was due for upgrade, and I told them just leave me with my Note 20, I love my phone, last words I had to say about my Samsung Note 20. From nowhere a green stripe started to show on the screen. After doing some research how to get rid of it I learned it's a common problem with the newer Samsung phones. The S21 is also well known for the same problem. The screen must be replaced, which you might as well get a new phone. MONEY WASTED, DECIDE CAREFULLY!! THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE WITH SAMSUNG, I WILL NEVER OWN A SAMSUNG PHONE AGAIN!!!
I went to Tyremart, in Pietermaritzburg, to get a new middle silencer fitted. After I paid and left, I noticed it was fitted too low, and skewed, and my tailpipes weren't even in length. I went back to get it done correctly. I got my car back 10 minutes ago, the middlebox is fitted correctly. The tailpipes are still uneven in length. They will never see me again, and I'll spread the word
We have an account with Telkom. To the account was added an LTE Router, which we did not order. The cost of the router was also added to the account, where most companies give the router for free if you sign up for at least one year. This is an exciting account that's been with Telkom for approximately thirty years. To justify their dealings, they created a new number that also added cost to the account. Our account is now more than double what it used to be, for something we did not order. I spent approximately 2 hours with Telkom on the telephone, and they promised to rectify it. Our latest account is still reflecting the new number. I phoned in once again, and the lady could not help me. To charge and add items to anybody's account, without consent, and expect them to pay for it is *****!! Please check your accounts carefully.
Skynet might as well disconnect their 086 Customer Service line, You are holding forever, and when it comes to leaving a message, the message box is full. Too little manpower, or too little dedication to provide customer service
I went to Cell C Victoria Centre, Pietermaritzburg to cancel two of my contracts that expired. The customer service is non existing. They called the call centre and I had to speak to a gentleman, that can't even pronounce his words properly. Quite a few times I had to ask to repeat himself in with what he was saying. After a long procedure, he requested me to call back again, because I didn't give him the exact amount to the cent that went off as a debit order on my bank account, not "Sir can I call you back on one of your numbers?" No. I was sitting in a Cell C outlet, they could have asked for my ID and verified that I am who I say i am, but no, had to call back again, which I did from my office. Needless to say, when I left the Cell C outlet, I was furious!!!!
Good day I own an online business which I run via a website, where Payfast is one of the options to pay. I received a payment quite a while ago and the week before last, I decided to request a payout. I had to verify my account again by submitting all my necessary documentation, before payout. Almost 10 days later, my account has not been verified, so the payout can't proceed. I was texting them via their business page numerous times. Today I tried calling them. I've been given different options and then got to a voicemail that stated they were unable to take my call.
