We had a very bad experience at Tyremart Hoedspruit. Our gameviewing vehicle was in for repairs and they had it for more than 2 months. Zero feedback from their side the whole time, we had to follow up for feedback. Very poor customer service and very little respect shown. They have a lot of client visits and no attention to detail. More focused on pushing clients through the system. We spend R70 000 on repairs and you would think they will pay more attention. NEVER take your vehicle to Tyremart Hoedspruit as there is no attention to detail, very little feedback, if any, and no urgency to solve the client's needs. The worst experience by far!!!

Very very very very bad experience that ended up costing me having to buy a new set of tyres after only 16000kms.... Just shows you that these big companies dont care about you as a client as long as they can rip you off and still make their money out of you... These people dont care wether you spend 500 or 10000 with them... And if there is any issues with your car after they worked on it the problem is yours to resolve.... I logged a complaint with a headoffice person and has yet to get any response in regards to my complaint... Left me no choice as to write a review here because the tyremart headoffice nr on google either does not work or does not get answered so hopefully this will bring some light that even if we are small our concerns matter regardless of how much money we spent...

I need to share my experience with Tyre Mart in Durbanville because I honestly don’t know where else to turn anymore. In January 2025 I had my brake pads and discs replaced there after being advised during a vehicle service that it needed to be done. Since then, my vehicle has been back to the same branch SIX times for the exact same problem — screaming brakes, rattling, and braking that never felt right. Each time adjustments were made: discs were skimmed, pads were replaced, and eventually in August 2025 the discs and brake pads were replaced again completely. Despite all of this, the problem has never been resolved. Today I contacted the branch again, only to be told that they are “sorry” but my warranty has expired and nothing further can be done. What I don’t understand is this: the issue started within the warranty period and I repeatedly returned for the SAME unresolved fault. The brakes were never right from the initial installation. How can a warranty expire on a problem that was reported multiple times while it was still valid? I have never previously had brake issues with this vehicle, and I trusted the workmanship and advice given. At this point I feel completely dismissed as a customer after months of inconvenience and safety concerns. I would really appreciate proper accountability and a fair resolution.

After four stressful months trying to figure out what was wrong with my car, William and Rugash at Tyremart Braamfontein branch stepped in and guided me with professionalism and patience. They ensured my car was properly fixed, and today it’s running perfectly. Thank you for the excellent customer service and for going the extra mile. I’m truly grateful and definitely a happy returning customer.

I’ve had the worst experience with this tyre store, I bought a tyre yesterday (2 Feb 2026) and today (3 Feb 2026) the tyre is damaged and they’re blaming me, they sold me a faulty tyre and do not want to take accountability.

Searched for a tyre online. The Braamfontein branch showed it has stock. The price was R 3521 with a R50 discount which would have been R 3471.30 including vat. When I go the store and show him the online quote he backtracks and says he can't sell it for that price. He wanted R 3550. Its not a lot of money but its the principle. Very dishonest and left disappointed.
