This interaction has been logged and a customer care expert will get back to you soon to get you sorted. In the meantime, if you'd like to share any extra info, just reply to this email. Reference Number: 5888206 Chat soon, Why when I requested a cancelation do you send this email, no one contacts me and you continue to debit my account?
Today I popped through to Super Tyres in Pinetown to get 4 new tyres, I was quoted R750 per tyre and an additional R200 for wheel allignment by the indian sales person with the mostauche. After setting up my car for wheel allignment, I was pulled in by the mechanic who said that the wheel allignment did not include the caster angle allignment and that I had to pay an additional R300 per wheel for this. From being a regular at this branch and having changed my last 4 sets of tyres here, I will not go back... when we agree to an amount for complete wheel allignment and then your staff make up an excuse to suck more money out of you and that excuse is that my R200 quoted was not for the camber part of the wheel allignment, you feel ripped off and taken advantage of. I would actually like a refund for the wheel allignment part of the job cause I feel like your unscrupulous staff tricked me in to that! Stay away from Super Tyres in Pinetown!!!
My data contract with Cell C comes to an end on the 9th November 2019. I phoned Cell C on the 5th October to make sure that my contract did not continue on past the end of my contract date. When I called on the 5th October, I was informed that I need to call back on the 9th to notify Cell C of my cancellation. As your cancellation department is only open Mon to Friday, I was able to call back on Friday the 8th November to cancel my data contract. You guys make it very difficult to cancel a 2 year contract that has come to an end. The cancellation department now says that I need to give 30 days notice. I just want my contract honored and for my data contract with number 0618884229 to end on the end date without the run around. When I asked the cancellation agent to escalate my call, I was put on hold for 15 minutes and then the call came to an end. I called on Friday the 8th November at about 16h30 from my 0825907543 number. Plz just ensure my data sim card 0618884229 comes to an end on its end date (9th November) and that I do not continue this data contract on a month to month. It's not much to ask.
I visited TWT in Pinetown and I have a couple of items worth mentioning. Upon my arrival I parked my car and started to look around to see who can help me. I noticed one of your employees on the phone who noticed me and then proceeded to walk away from me as he was busy doing something on his phone. Ok no problem, maybe someone else can help me, yes there was... but he also seemed too busy on his phone to notice me. I went inside and was eventually attended to. I told the employee what i needed to be done and he asked me for my keys. No quote was given and off to work they went. While I was waiting for my car to be attended to one of your employee started to shout and celebrate about his sales for the day and how his numbers were up "this is how we roll!". I was then given my bill to go pay which was an reasonable amount and I had no issue with, however I would have liked to know what I would have to pay before they started working on the car. I was then approached by the guy who was so busy on his phone initially and he started a sales pitch on me. Apparently TWT are able to squash fines for R99 a month. What ever speeding fines I get you guys will just squash for me if I pay you R99 per month? Anyways. It was not the worst experience but I think you guys could do better.
In early December 2017 I filled out the forms to cancel my line and service with Telkom. I used to pay a fee of about R550 per month for my line and data. I received an email verification from Telkom saying that my line would no longer be active by the end of December which is when I paid my last bill with them. Every month ever since I am being harrassed by Telkom to pay my bill. I was contacted by ********** and asked to pay the outstanding amount. I explained that I had cancelled in December and that my line was discontinued but im still getting charged, he said that he would escalate the matter, after multiple emails with Piet, nothing has been resolved and I have just been billed for R1400 for god knows what. Just another example of a SOE with pathetic service delivery.
