2nd Return Review: Phenomenal Service
After 6 months of my initial visit to your store for to help change my three tyres- I knew that this was the only place I could trust to give me good quality tyres at a great rate! Thank you again to Clayton for his forever sterling service! The gentleman who helped change my tyre, Qiniso, was so efficient, friendly and professional. Your staff is honestly so well trained and represents your brand beautifully! Well done

My shocks, tyres and stabilizers where changed by Super tyres and a cranking noise started coming from the left
My shocks, tyres and stabilizers where changed by Super tyres and a cranking noise started coming from the left. I made the service provider aware numerous times as I went there but they couldn't hear the noise. I then opted to do my wheel alignment somewhere else and was I formed the tyre on left front where the noise was, was wearing away unevenly. I had another service provider check the cause as supertyres said it's tie rods and rack ends when I went back to them that's after they changed the shock they had installed which was bleeding. Only to find out the stabilizer was damaged and had to have both stabilizers changed again and still have to get 2 new tyres now due to this also.

This is a 2nd complaint I’m logging this week about the same Makro online order made on Monday order number MAK8267357 I was promised that definitely today my order will be delivered and I was even given the Corriar guys name Mr s Ndlovu who I have been phoning from the morning tracking for my order only to be told now that he does not have my order he will check with the store I’m super angry 😡 😡😡😡😡because no one from Makro cares I’m doing follow up on my own not even an apology nothing Makro must just do away with online orders coz this really shows that they are *********** and they don’t care about customer service

Wheel allignment swindle
Today I popped through to Super Tyres in Pinetown to get 4 new tyres, I was quoted R750 per tyre and an additional R200 for wheel allignment by the indian sales person with the mostauche. After setting up my car for wheel allignment, I was pulled in by the mechanic who said that the wheel allignment did not include the caster angle allignment and that I had to pay an additional R300 per wheel for this. From being a regular at this branch and having changed my last 4 sets of tyres here, I will not go back... when we agree to an amount for complete wheel allignment and then your staff make up an excuse to suck more money out of you and that excuse is that my R200 quoted was not for the camber part of the wheel allignment, you feel ripped off and taken advantage of. I would actually like a refund for the wheel allignment part of the job cause I feel like your unscrupulous staff tricked me in to that! Stay away from Super Tyres in Pinetown!!!

Most Disappointing
Such disappointing service. Felt absolutely ripped off. From the time we walked in the prices just kept going up. Even when we came to pay the price had gone up again until another staff member stepped in to help.
