I'm very much disappointed with the service from Distell. I logged a complain with customer service on May, 5 months later no feedback. I have been sending emails to no avail. Extremely poor service. H
I am very much disappointed about Mr Price Pan Africa Mall. The operating hours is 9-5 but they close the door 16:45, I was the at 16:46 and the stated the not taking any more customers. Poor customer service.
Very appalling service from the Woolworths Dash Driver Merlin. My order was returned back. I waited for almost 40mins for my order only to be returned back by the driver. My phone was low and was connected to the charger and had left the instruction to my daughter to tell the driver if he calls I was waiting for him by the entrance. The driver was rude on the phone shouting when my daughter told him I am outside waiting for him. I also gave instruction to the parking attended to notify the driver I am standing by the entrance. The car attended informed me the delivery person left. and refuse to come towards the entrance. My ORDER NUMBER O1335085788 was returned back was told my money was refunded and it has not been refunded. This is poor customer service from the drivers who are impatient and don't care about customer values but simply in a hurry to chase after the next delivery. I am very much disappointed about this terrible disgusting service
I am very much disappointed with the service received. I wanted to do an exchange of the same item I bought. I had however forgot the original slip but had the eft slip to prove my purchase. I was denied assistance by 2 guys & a lady who was very rude told me I had to retrieve my bank statement to trace the transaction I went to the bank which was packed couldn't get a assistance because I was now looking at the time the store will be closing soon. Went back to the store tried to trace the transaction on my bank statement which I eventually found. I showed them the transaction as per their request, but I was told I should come back the following day because they are offline of which was not the case because everybody was now rushing to Cash the tills and they didn't have the time to go through the transactions for Monday. I spent an hour doing run rounds to get the Statement and eventually turned away to come the following day. I told them I'm working and won't have time to come back as I stay far and it's costly for me. According to my understanding the return policy state will gladly exchange should you don't have the prove. I am highly disappointed with such poor service and lack of understanding of the rolling out of the policy
I would like to applause and Thank Joniour from Alexandra Plaza Iiquor City store. He went an extra mile over & above his line of duty. I forgot an item at a nearby outlet next to Liquor City. The initial store where I left the item didn't have a contactable line. I called Liquor City and Junior was more obliged to assist. The iitem was found. This is an extra ordinary service especially in the township. I'm certain that he delivers excellent service to his customers!!!

I'm so very much disappointed by the service received from FNB. I have been a loyal FNB customer for more than a decade. I have previously applied for a loan of 17 000 and it was fully paid up and recent I applied for a loan and was told that I qualify for R4500. I mean the amount wouldn't even cover the urgency needed for ... I was really disappointed that the bank I have been banking with for years couldn't approve me for a higher amount and the reason was that its system generated. I'm disappointed!!!

FNB does not follow up on complains. I complained about FNB not debiting my personal loan and then adding interest of arrears for their negligence. I escalated a query that I was willing to pay the settlement amount without the added fee was told that my query will be escalated and will received a feed back after 3 days to no avail and every time I followed up I kept getting the stupid do not reply emails.. The balance amount was R300 and now this month end I'm debited R670 the difference of R400 this is a rip OFF!!!! I demand a refund
