There is a transaction on my account listed as “Forex R026SNNK50” that I am not getting help with, and I need a cleared! It’s been hours! FNB HAVE LEGIT MESSED UP MY LIFE! This is now an emergency. I currently do not have access to funds for food, and my child needs medical attention today. I have told sabc and cartblanche. The delays and technical issues on your side are directly affecting my ability to take care of basic needs and I was told I’d be called back and all I get is automated responses. Please escalate this to a supervisor or the relevant department right now and provide: * A full explanation of this transaction * The current status of my funds * Immediate steps to restore access to my money If this is not resolved urgently, I will proceed with a formal complaint to the Banking Ombudsman and take this further. Let me be absolutely clear, your service and communication on this delivery have been completely inconsistent and misleading. The booking was created at 11:59 on Thursday, 23 April 2026, which is well after your 10:30 cut-off time for same-day delivery. Despite this, I was led to believe that this would still be delivered today. Only afterward was I told it might be delivered tomorrow depending on collection time. That is a direct contradiction of your own policy and completely unacceptable. On top of that, I have now received conflicting information from your team and Amazon, with one side saying the order is late and your team saying it is not. This level of disorganisation is unacceptable for a logistics company handling time-sensitive deliveries. To make matters worse, I clearly communicated that my phone battery was dead and requested that the driver call an alternative number upon arrival. This was not properly accommodated. Telling me that an OTP is sent via email does not solve the real issue of the driver needing access at delivery. This is basic delivery coordination that your team failed to handle. At this point, the issue is not just the delay — it is the poor service, lack of accountability, and completely ineffective communication. I expect the following immediately: A clear and final confirmation of when this parcel will be delivered (not vague possibilities). Priority handling of this shipment given the errors on your side. A full explanation of why your cut-off policy was ignored and why incorrect expectations were set. Confirmation of what corrective action will be taken to prevent this level of failure going forward. I’ve had not internet for the whole day yesterday up until now and when I logged a ticket explaining the urgency I was told automated responses. This is serious. I can not work, the line just stopped working. I was told to reset which I did and nothing is working. I am upset.

I am extremely disappointed with the payment process for mandates for wise . I was assured that the funds would be in my account last night, yet there is still no sign of it. Despite reaching out to the team for assistance, I have received no real support or resolution. Clear communication and reliability are essential when it comes to payments, and unfortunately, this experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I expect better accountability and prompt action to resolve this issue. I need proof that it was paid. I still have not gotten the funds into my account. I was promised funds would be in last night. Still no funds in my account. Where is the bank reference ? Why am I not getting answers? It is now last past the receipt time. No one answers calls not do I get a reason why I was told last night. My rent is due today. I’ve cc’d my legal in all emails as this is happening too much and will get me in trouble with losing my residence.
