I bought a vehicle in December 2025 with Toyota Finance. On the 1st of February I made an additional online payment, clearly using my account nr 86143180141 as reference nr as I have done similarly in the past. To this day the amouny has not been allocated to my account by TFS, ABSA clearly shows it was paid correctly, struggling to get proof other than my statement which was sent to TFS. TFS does not seem to care
These people phoned me, unwanted, making false claims. As I stated clearly I am not interested, after the call I received an sms stating that I gave permission for them to request my credit report for affordability issues, this company is clearly *********.
I had to claim due to damage on my vehicle due to theft/ break in from Discovery Insure recently. The process, glass claim and vehivle repair claim was made so easy and efficient. I was assisted by Boitshepo Baitsile from Discovery Insure. It was so easy to submit the claims and it was authorised fast and efficiently.
This must be 1 of the worst courier businessess around. There phonelines stays unanswered, emails are not answered. Simply put, I ordered an item from Outdoor Warehouse, will not do that again due to the courier company DPDLaser wjich they use.
Quick to get their service in your house but once you have a problem with your internet it is another terrible story. Afrihost will blame Openserve who has replaced all their hardware. With Afrihost there is no phusical backup to getting the problem sorted, they will ask you to reset, do tests over and over, deduct extra money but that is where it stays.
Fastway couriers must be the slowest courier around, good service with them does not exist, feedback is poor and trying to sort a problem is a nightmare. From Port Elizabeth to Kenton on Sea is already 5 days although it is 1.5hours away.
Bought a double storage base and mattress online from Makro. Delivery was shown days before end May. When this did not happen we had to contact them numerous times just to hear there is no stock, showed stock when we paid. A refund was promised after numerous calls, 1 June no refund. People are not helpful or knowledgeable neither friendly. Makro is the worst with online deals that I have ever seen, they can learn from alot from other companies, also much smaller companies. Now I don't have the goods nor the money which was purchased because it was needed urgently in our spare bedroom.
After buying a new Suzuki Jimny I was assured that I would get registration papers & number plates within a week in Secunda. After almost 3 weeks there is none. Sales person, Thato is just promising, Manager, JJ is promising. When I went to Eastvaal Secunda it was not there. The temp permit is expiring within 2 days, then long weekend. It was clear that not JJ or Thato have followed up with Secunda branch but I had to pay a fee for registration. Nobody phones back again.
I have contracts with them and tried porting from Mtn with now success. I am now trying to cancel the port but also no success. Always high call volumes. If you get through you also get blocked. Seriously I will reconsidered why I have to stay with them. They also added an expense to my 1 contract withoutmy consent
Since November 2017 I have lodged complaints to repair my faulty ADSL/ telephone line and since 31 January 2018 asked to cut it off. No service at all just accounts for bad service. Line ********** 161
