Ithuba's attempted theft of Lotto wallet funds

Do NOT load money into a Lotto wallet!!! Ithuba has locked me out of my lotto wallet for 6 days now. Ithuba forces players to do constant password resets, while their system doesn't work properly, & they then say one has to re-upload ID & address verification documents, but the app tells one one's documents have already been uploaded and verified when one tries to do so, making it impossible to comply. When one wants to access one's wallet, access is denied because they say one has to re-upload & have said documents verified! I have phoned Ithuba numerous times, & every agent says I must just wait a few hours, then the 'system glitch' will be rectified, but it never happens. I have a few hundred rands in my Lotto wallet, which I will most likely never see again. I suspect Ithuba is trying to ***** the money in our wallets by making it perpetually impossible for players to access their wallets!!! Play Lotto with a banking app - DON'T trust Ithuba with your money.

Atlas Coaches endanger safety of children

This morning Atlas Coaches buses brazenly cut off motorists in order to turn from 14th Ave, Roodepoort into Hendrik Potgieter in a non-turning lane. They were transporting learners of Dr EG Jansen H/S. I am shocked that the drivers of this company have no regard for the safety of the children they were transporting, nor respect for the rules of the road or other road users. Schools should think twice before making use of Atlas Coaches.

Nedbank deducts debit orders before agreed date

Nedbank has this year started to debit installments on my car loan 5 days before the agreed date simply because they feel like it. Do NOT do business with Nedbank. They treat clients with disdain!!!

Mweb's service is pathetic!!!

Have been struggling for a month and a half to get mweb to activate my fibre optic line. Their service is absolutely pathetic - like dealing with a government department. They never answer their phones and never honour their undertakings. This company should not exist. Am going to cancel my dstv as well. I refuse to support this company any further. Pathetic!!!

D.I.Why in vandalism business

Had a light fitting installed by this contractor and the light was installed skew, not in the centre of the ceiling and a hole was left in the ceiling. Contractor told me bot to look at the skew light then I won't be bothered by it. I basically paid the contractor to commit an act of vandalism. Avoid this business!!!

Bad programming. Catchup and Boxoffice hardly ever works. A total rip off. Why is there still no competition for this pathetic company?!!
