i Registered a Claim for My Geyser on the 16.07.2021 to date Nedbank has made no contact with me to date to explain any procedures regarding the claims process at all , a plumber rocked up at my house yesterday to do an inspection but yet again nobody told me of the process we are currently going through a 3rd wave of covid i have children at home and this person i dont know just comes and enters , i am really not happy i called the claims line twice now and nobody know what is going on or can give me feedback keep telling me to call here and call there for further assistance , i am seriously disgusted to say the least and i never would have thought i would get this treatment from Nedbank .
I would like to acknowledge the GREAT service and immense input in always getting matters resolved so quickly. I am really a very happy client and i am not sorry ? that i moved over to Nedbank These Guys have changed my life and for that i will always be greatful

This account was settled on Mon, Jun 22, 2020 Paid up letter received on the 2020/06/26 AG191752 - TELKOM FIXED LINE WAS TOLD IT WILL TAKE 21 DAYS FOR THE ACCOUNT TO BE REMOVED FROM CREDIT PROFILE DID A FOLLOW UP WITH ALL THE CREDIT BUREAUS TODAY AND THEY DID NOT EVEN GET AN INSTRUCTION FOR THIS TO BE REMOVED , I THEN EMAIL THE CONSULTANT ('Getrude Lefutswe' <[email protected]>) AND THIS IS HER RESPONSE TO ME : "Good day I apologies for that we have been working campaign after campaign somehow it slipped my mind. I will send it to Telkom for delisting. " NOW TELL ME IM OVER REACTING !!!! I AM LIVID !!!! I WANT THIS TELKOM ACCOUNT TO BE REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT PROFILE TODAY!!!!
