I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance. I chose them year's ago because I found them honest, reliable, different and affordable. They have never let me down. The instant service is a benchmark others should follow. They have me as a life client. They deliver on promises. The last roadside assistance need could have turned tragic. They fixed it. Thank you King Price

<div>Over many years I have encountered cardiothoracic surgeons in different roles — as a patient, a family member, and through exposure to healthcare environments as a clinician myself. My experience with Dr Zigiriadis was exceptional in a way that is increasingly rare. Hiss warmth, personal engagement, concern and interest was profound. What stood out was not only surgical expertise, but clinical judgement, wisdom, significant experience, ongoing contact with explanations and offers of unusual support and advice. He made the time to contact us and take direct calls. Unheard of. Surgery was approached conservatively, reducing stress and enhancing recovery times. This reflects a genuine commitment to the patient’s wellbeing. Equally impressive was the continuity of care. His 'sister' nurse and front desk maintained daily contact, relayed messages accurately, and ensured clear communication with both patient and family throughout the process. Even after surgery, there was personal follow-up, which removed uncertainty during recovery. This is what “standard of care” should mean: not only technical skill, but thoughtful decision-making and consistent, human-centred, personalised care. It is reassuring to know that this level of medicine still exists.</div>
I have had extraordinary consistent customer service from their employee John who has a deep baritone voice. He stands out with his engaging demeanour, and helpful advice where my safety is of concern: tyre management and water. He helps to prevent problems with my car that would compromise my safety. He picked up a slow puncture caused by a nail too as well as irregular wear on my tyres suggesting a go for an alignment. Highly articulate he is able to deal with technical terms and relate them to m needs. He deserves a reward from his employers.
Uber de*****ed me of a ride. I booked a ride, paid, sent my location three times to be collected and when I saw the car with the registration number listed, I walked into the road to flag him down. He drove right past me, cancelled the trip, and immediately booked someone else down the road at Design Quarter in Fourways. His name was Aloise. He looked me in the eye driving past me with another passenger in the car, clearly one which promised a higher fee for a longer distance.
HIRING OFFICE SPACE FROM SPACES. Don't bother phoning SPACES. They undervalue business so much they do not bother to answer the telephone. You will get an answering service with a 'not available' at the moment. Ergo don't bother calling as there seems to be no back up plan. . My call was repeated with zero luck. It was not during a lunch break either.
The pharmacists are exceptional with their advice, knowledge and customer service. They alway go the extra mile.
. Today I visited the Edgars Cosmetic shop in Nicolway Mall. Surly shop attendants ignored me till I turned to them for help. An indifferent even slightly hostile woman (only description I can give) asked if she could help. I was looking for foundations as I have bought from the shop a year ago, and I had a good experience. I was told unequivocally that they are a perfume shop (can't I see!) and don't sell foundations. They told me to go to Dischem. I am a senior citizen and perhaps the idea of me wearing foundation did not appeal to them. On my way out I discovered many shelves with foundations of every brand. Clearly serving me was not on their agenda as a judgement? Or too close to closing time? I will not return.
Run a mile from Pest Control's promises. Army of ants everywhere. Nothing changed after their 'service.'. Pest Control is unable to deliver the very basics of service for R862. I was instructed to put animals in a separate room, and they would come back and do that room later when all dried. I doubt they were in my house 15 minutes; the hostile company owner refuses to complete the job and says she would rather believe her incompetent staff who lied about completion an providing the service I paid for. The 2nd time I gave them a chance in a year. Zero delivery twice. Very discourteous and abusive in response. Cuts me off. Now they argue I need two treatments. Other suppliers do one.
They always deliver what they promise. Never let me down with efficiency, accuracy, speed of response and quality customer service. I've never felt hoaxed as I did with other insurers. Honest, direct and professional
