All I'm saying is their support turnaround time is between 10 and 19 hours, so if you're running a fast-moving project, go with PayFast, it's been 4 days doing back and forths
I was introduced to these guys through my insurance MiWay, I'd never heard about them before, I can tell you right now all they do is patchwork, they charged my insurance a large amount of money, they just fixed the car and never did any detailing or quality checks, most of the parts they touched and fixed the were lose took back my car several times and I'm still not happy each time they fix this they break that, I regret allowing my car to be fixed by these guys, now I must sell my lovely car because clearly, they failed.

Sars is debiting almost 60% of my mom's salary, I have been opening cases with them and sending emails with no solution to this and my mother got too many responsibilities. I have enquired for a MacBook via Vodacom contract since the 1st of October 2021 it's been +-25 days later, sent everything they need to open a contract, I'm sending email almost every 72 hours, I have over 15 emails from them saying the issue has been escalated but no sign of them taking this serious, the reason I can't go to the Store is because of the way I feel and the pandemic thing I won't go in details as it's personal, but what I'm trying to say why do you open platforms that are not working and giving your customers false hope, truly not happy.

Clueless staff always blaming other staff for not doing their jobs, forgetting that they are one team or working for the same company, team collaboration is 0/10 always making empty promises that will call you back. Vox Telecom is a disaster no wonder why they have a low rating I'm not surprised If you a busy person and need a smooth service please don't go to VoxTel you going to regret it.
