I was doing an upgrade and i must say i didnt understand most of the options. Migration of one package to another was like greek to me. Then a kind lady Cindy from upgrades explained everything to me and how i could save some monthly cash based on my needs. I did an upgrade for a laptop and recieved a modem with 2 pin cards One got damaged so i inserted the other one I went to a cell c shop and they daid i had to phone and do a sim swap I had to answer some security questions....then i get told they cant help me I wanted to cancel this contract and return the laptop. I get routed to a number that doesnt work Useless cell c
I phoned king price wanting to claim on the scratch and dent portion of my insurance. I was told that documents would be sent through But this has been the second request and still no documents. Is king price a bad insurance and should I change
I paid up my car in december and accidently paid 6k too much. Do I phoned and asked them to pay it over into my account. To no avail. So I phoned and even requested they call me back....then the phone says wrong extension or no invalid.....you people were a burden during my contract and after it....your service is terrible

Mfc is so fast on the threatening path again. Could you people please check the pauments I made you say I owe 1999 but you failed to take into sccount I payed another 500 on the 14....,please dont phone me 60 times a day untill you idiots have rectified this
I went into your 4 ways branch to collect my new credit card...I asked the lady to register me with internet banking...so she phoned another department and for the next 15 minutes they spoke shop and wished all the family members well etc. There was 8 in the line after me and only her at the help desk...finaly she said she could not help me. Firstly pls trane your staff. And needless to say I intend going to another bank because your service is absolutely appalling.
