I ordered 2 x Safy portable gas plates and received 2 unknown brands made in China and of very inferior quality. I ordered the Safy gas canisters at the same time to fit in the Safy stoves, so consequently not a good fit. Takealot keep asking me for a review and when I don't give a 5 star rating my review is declined. I know I can send it back, but with continual loadshedding I need something to cook on and would I actually get the Safy's if I ordered again??
Worst service ever!!! Phoning doesn't work as they are always experiencing high call volumes, so phone back later! Whatsapp doesn't work as you just don't ever receive a OTP! Website not at all user friendly if querying a claim as it always states no claim submitted. App just doesn't work and is a total waste of time. They are just impossible to get hold of altogether!
The worst service ever! The medical gap cover is so slow you will probably have died before receiving a payment. Submitted all the required forms when making claim at the beginning of December, now have just received a mail saying before any claim can be processed they require supporting documents!! I give up! Would definitely not recommend this Gap Cover.
The slowest service in town!!! Ordered my specs on 11 Nov 21, specs needed to go back due to incorrect advice. Still no specs after 3 months, have been promised a refund, but 10 days now and still waiting. Have spoken twice to Spec-Savers HO to no avail. Lots of promises, but you never hear from them again. I definitely will not be using Spec-Savers again.
The worst service ever!! Ordered my Christmas present on the 7th December and to date I have not received my order. They do not respond to emails and the phone just goes unanswered!! I will never deal with Swatch Group South Africa again. Wish I had read the other bad reviews prior to ordering my watch!! Looks like they are going out of business!
Very disappointed with the service I have received from the iStore Technical department. My iPad Mini 4 had a frozen screen and totally shut down. I contacted them via their web page chat and was most impressed with the efficient way my query was handled. Well that's where it stopped, My iPad was collected from my residence, they confirmed it and next I received a quote for R7,000.00 with a 90 day warranty, which means it is someone else's reconditioned iPad and telling me to respond in 7 days or quotation becomes invalid. I have tried repeatedly to find out what was wrong with my iPad - but to no avail. Nobody responds to email queries, online chat I'm too far down the queue. Very disappointing service, I have since purchased a brand new iPad elsewhere for the same price with a 1 year warranty, and will never use iStore again. Still trying to get my own iPad returned though.
I recently made an enquiry with regard to a pair of sandals I wished to purchase as the product detail did not fully cover the information I required. This is the response I got : "Thank you for reaching out to me regards to the query. Please allow me to query more information to the products department and I will revamp back to you." Now I'm not quite sure what is meant by revamping back to me, but I am not exactly filled with confidence anymore and will seriously reconsider my purchase.
Quick and easy transaction. Received my purchase within 3 days. Continual e-mail follow-up with tracking number.
Dream on (sitting in the dark) if you would like a deposit refund from Eskom - it just doesn't happen. Have now been waiting for over 6 months. Repeated emails back and forth with a new reference number every time which leads you to believe it may in fact happen. Worst service ever!!!
Applied for a landline in April - my application has been pending ever since. No feedback whatsoever. I have re-applied, phoned them, emailed them, to no avail. When you phone they can't help because they are always offline - doesn't say much for their service!! They tell you someone will contact you within 24 hours - this doesn't happen. Disgraceful service!!
