Opened a Discovery bank and yesterday opened a Discovery savings account and transferred a substantial amount,I was considering moving my salary and other investments to Discovery so to keep everything with one bank instead spreading it with other banks and incurring more charges.So I also app**** for an increase in credit for a low amount and it was declined based on my affordability which is laughable as my debt is low and the amount calculated for fuel etc is overrated as I have a company vehicle and done pay for fuel never did for the last 15 years,also my spouse pays for life which Discovery should know as the policy is with them.Callee the consultant today she can't assist and says I must lodge a dispute,so I must beg Discovery for credit...will be settling accounts with Discovery which is minimal and close my Discovery bank account,thank you but no thank you Discovery bank...
Took out a life policy in 2017 no financial adviser was appointed on this policy had premium increase notification this month called in to the call centre yesterday was informed that I did not receive a discount for being a banking client and also was also informed that my information was incorrect for both my wife and myself with regards to salary,qualification risk factor IE time on the road or the office split was incorrect.Was told a quite will be generated within 24 hours received the new quote today which was about R200 cheaper then on this quote it then stares my premium will increase in the first of June 2026 which is in about 2 weeks by another R300,is this TCF???no advisor on this policy so no advice,Discovery just robbing me...will be cancelling banking,life and medical aid soon...pathetic service !
Flew from Durban to Johannesburg yesterday with lift,purchased a brand new car clutch kit which was sealed,lift refused to let me take it as carry on stating that it is not allowed yet it is not listed on items not allowed,the counter staff ****h was very rude and spoke to me anyhow and called her manager who also was siding with her after me stating to the manager that they can open the box which was small to confirm if the part was new and the receipt was also in the box,he refused and stated that it was not allowed even after I informed him that the items was not classified as hazardous or flamable or dangerous,he did not even take not or apologise regarding the counter staff, ****h's rude behaviour and when I told him I was going to post a negative review he stated go for it.Will never use this useless airline again with rude staff,I was then told they would keep this part till the following day 14:00 where if it is not collected will be destroyed.
Called the assist line this morning to assist with a flat battery they send a guy who firstly parks in an angle in my parking bay instead of the visitors parking he then left I I noticed a black mark on quarter of the door called him he denied it ,but he was parked in such an angle he could not even open his door,pathetic service from Renasa and their contractor-TR assistance
Had a unit at Alberton-new market for about 3 years went there yesterday after two years or so and was refused entry cos they now have a disc system which I was never informed of ,so pay monthly for 3 years now can't go to my unit security guard and Xtraspace staff was rude,they called armed response and other customers was asking me what's was happening,I was finally allowed o my into after showing invoices for last three years as well as they confirming it with their spread sheets of renter's details.Called the manager Trevor this morning and he swore at me used vulgar languages this company staff is rude and they take your money monthly and treat you like you are a ***** and don't respect customers,stay away from this pathetic company or you will regret it.
Visited there today order a chicken tikka pizza did not receive a receipt the manager asked me to come back for the receipt and my change,returned after 20 mins I was handed the incorrect receipt and waited for another 10 mins in then informed the manager I do not have the correct receipt so I will I know if my order was ready,she could not answer I followed up onmmy order I was told it is almost ready then I was asked what base I ordered thing or thick then I knew these guys were missing around with me I then requested a refund,received no apology and I purchased a pizza at Debonairs much better service,stay away from these clowns there is a reason they closed previously....pathetic service will never support this brand again!
Pathetic service from Samsung I have many Samsung appliances and trusted this brand my washing machine recently needs repairs Samsung and their repair centre SSS CELLULAR refuse to assist,pathetic service,I already had the machine accessed by Bergens and bearings and spider needs to be replaced all I need is a quote yet they still want to come to see the machine to charge call out fee,pathetic service wil never support this useless brand again
I have been a law on call customer for several years and decided to use this service for the first time and the consultant was rude and did not understand my problem and then just transferred me ,please can you get someone to call me and cancel this useless service I will get a lawyer that I will pay for out of my own pocket as this law on call is a ****.Rather take legalwise than this pathetic product.
I requested a quote on my Samsung washing machine and a technician came on site and stated that he suspects the bearings need to be changed and stated that they will send me a quote and they then took the machine away,I then received a quote and hour later for an amount of R1660 and there was a quote number and it stated 2 x bearings and oil seal needs replacement I have the go ahead and they even gave a thumbs up.I received a call from a lady from that branch stating that I need to pay another R1200 for another part,she was extremely rude and stated she owned the store which I found out later was incorrect,I called the owner John and explained to him the situation to which he initially agreed then he calls me back and takes his staff part stating that they do initial assessment which happened and then further assessment which is a load of **** as why would you provide a quote and then give a further amount this is ********* and unprofessional...please don't Burgens yoi will regret it,unprofessional and ********* behaviour!!!
We just signed up for a rain device money was already taken out and it's been about 7 days no delivery and constant follow ups.Regret taking service from rain but thank god it's month to month so we will definitely be cancelling this next month,imagine being charged a pro rata already and not even having the device or service,stay away if you want poor pathetic service .
