2026/05/21 18h45 N3 North Hammarsdale. Another driver that first pulls into the fast lane and then puts on his indicator as an afterthought. And he believes that the fast lane (of the 3 lanes) belongs to him to overtake another truck at 50km/hr while the other truck does 45km/hr.
I suppose if you have the monopoly in an area, then service and feedback to clients are not high on your agenda. You deliver the service, I pay for it. That is the baseline. If you don't deliver the service, which sometimes happen, the least you can do is keep your customers informed. But that seems to much effort.
My loyalty to Mweb has dried up. They are happy to take the money but seems to do nothing for it. Their 'Help’ or ‘Support’ bot is as useful as using a fishing net as an umbrella. That is if you even if you manage to be connected to anyone. Seems I will be looking for an alternative service provider.
The name implies you should be doing one of the 3 things, at least: Speed, Service, Couriers. Well, apparently not. A parcel which should have taken 2 days, took 16 days. The website tracking doesn't work, nor does sending an email or SMS, as indicated on the website. After 21 min, someone answered the phone call, which actually surprised me. This lady was friendly and for her alone, I give one star (apart from the fact that you can't give zero stars). If I have to ever deal with Slow Lack-of-Services Hope-to-deliver or the absolutely useless and inapt SA Post Office. The quicker these 2 entities die and disappear the better.
All attempts to contact DoFit.co.za via the web, email, or phone has been unsuccessful. No response and no answer. If you require support from DoFit, don't waste your time.
Bought 2 items on #263349. 1 item looked like it had been used before. Other one is broken. Products are of shocking quality. Zero response to emails. I will never order anything from them again.
So Nedbank advertises that no SASWITCH fees would be charged during lockdown...apparently only if you go to the branch and kick up a fuss. Well done for false advertising!
Telkom don’t deserve even 1 star. Pathetic. Stuffed up cancellation. Steals your purchased data, oh, and please use the website or the useless app... Waiting for hours and spending hours on the phone without any resolution. Promises made but none kept. Call Centre staff are either clueless or just cannot take any type of decision. A half the price it still isn’t worth dealing with Helkom. There is no way ever that I will deal with incompetent Telkom again.
