I am extremely disappointed with Speedaf. I have paid the required duties and taxes for order ZA000304235R and attached proof of payment, yet your system still shows no payment received. I have tried contacting support via phone and WhatsApp multiple times with no response. This lack of communication and poor service is unacceptable. I expect immediate confirmation of my payment and urgent release of my parcel. The level of service provided is completely unprofessional and frustrating.

I would like to acknowledge and appreciate the effort made by the driver, THAMA MAKHADO, regarding my SHEIN delivery. My parcel was initially scheduled for Saturday, but after I explained that I was unavailable, delivery was rescheduled for Monday. Earlier today, there was some confusion regarding the whereabouts of the parcel. However, THAMA MAKHADO went above and beyond to follow up, and personally update me on the situation. He later contacted me again to confirm that the parcel was still available for delivery and assured me it would be delivered after 5PM today which I did . Despite the earlier confusion, I truly appreciate the driver’s effort, communication, and willingness to assist in ensuring that I still receive my parcel. Good customer service and accountability deserve recognition.

Thr worst courier experience ever. I purchased goods and Shein and these were assigned to Speedaf express (https://www.speedaf.com/cn-en) ,my parcel was meant to be delivered between the 30th of April and 01 May, it wasnt delivered then due to tye driver lying about not being able to reach me via phone. I have ca logs from 28 April onwards and none of whvh, were from the couerier which leads me to believe this driver just never made the time to deliever my parcel and decided to capture a reason for not doing so, as "recipient phone cannot be reached", to get away with it. This is very annoying as most of us make these purchases as gifts and dont expect the delivery time to exceed what was already loaded on the tracking updates. The courier service is the worst as their number also rings non stop with no answer and when they finally do answer, they tell you the driver will contact you as soon as he makes his way. This is nonsense, why do they have a WHATSAPP number that Noone even responds to, like come on? I demand the receipt of my parcel no later than 3 May as they have now listed or want a FULL refund on my items worth.

These guys deliver on behalf of Aliexpress. Their service is pathetic. No responses to emails or whatsapps. They charged me 62% customs duty for a small electronic component and about to charge duty of the same magnitude for 3 other items! This seems to be a **** with no recourse to Ali express

Speed af send drivers that uses their personal cars without identification. Then the driver will want to take a Picture of your ID with their personal phone. When you refuse with your ID picture, they go back with your parcel. There is so much crime in south Africa, why should I give out my ID to a stranger. This is violation of POPIA act. Speed af should create pins that they send to users/clients than for strangers to take pictures of our ID's. What if they commit ***** with our personal details?
