Thr worst courier experience ever. I purchased goods and Shein and these were assigned to Speedaf express (https://www.speedaf.com/cn-en) ,my parcel was meant to be delivered between the 30th of April and 01 May, it wasnt delivered then due to tye driver lying about not being able to reach me via phone. I have ca logs from 28 April onwards and none of whvh, were from the couerier which leads me to believe this driver just never made the time to deliever my parcel and decided to capture a reason for not doing so, as "recipient phone cannot be reached", to get away with it. This is very annoying as most of us make these purchases as gifts and dont expect the delivery time to exceed what was already loaded on the tracking updates. The courier service is the worst as their number also rings non stop with no answer and when they finally do answer, they tell you the driver will contact you as soon as he makes his way. This is nonsense, why do they have a WHATSAPP number that Noone even responds to, like come on? I demand the receipt of my parcel no later than 3 May as they have now listed or want a FULL refund on my items worth.
I have been in trying to reach their legal department for the last 24 hrs on their emergency number to no avail. I have a legal emergency and I cannot reach them at all so frustrating, annoying and disappointing all at once. I understand it is a long weekend but the emergency number should ge available throughout

These *****sters sent an unapproved debit order to my account. Where did they even obtain my banking details? Ive never even heard not them. I demand they suspend that mandate NOE
Shocking service I am again having to chase up and follow up each day to get one liner feedback with no explanation. Customer service is absolutely shocking and they wonder why I will not renew the policy. This is the umpteenth time submitting a claim and don't get proper assistance, and they just waste your time with admin and forms and each time send you from pillar to post without an outcome. Even with superiors involved there is no urgency in our claims throughout the process. They have a "bot" attending to their WhatsApp number clearly, as they dont bother to respond. I have called multiple times and been kept on hold and then my calls being cut. The claims process has taken over 3 weeks when it should technically take 7 days to complete and instead they keep asking irrelevant questions and for images and information that has already been sent. I extremely disappointed with SAVM. I would strongly suggest this company re-evaluate their service as it is not worth the fees you pay for the hassle to actually use the policy.
Atrocious service. The staff on the phone outright lied to me consecutively about my parcel being sent out for delivery yesterday and again today. I should have received my parcel by the 24.11.22 yet today is the 30.11.22. The backlog on deliveries is not my prerogative. I even opted to do their drivers job for them by going in personally to collect my parcel to which I was told it cannot be located. I am so furious as I took out time off my busy schedule but also used my own fuel to go try and retrieve my package and yet they still weren't able to hand it to me. I don't recommend using their services to any one and I definitely will not recommend them at all. The lack of urgency and professionalism is quite appalling!!! I demand my parcel be delivered no later than tomorrow 01.12.22
I bought cow hooves yesterday from the butcher and when I got home, they were off and smelled off. So I thought washing them in vinegar would savage them but they were just rotten. Though they are on display and frozen, looks can trule be deceiving. I wasn't happy at all because I spent R66 around there for vrot goods.
