I just received the Mandate from my bank that they will be deducting on 25th of May. I don't know who they are or what they do for that matter. All I know is that they are *****STERS who try to make money *****ulently. I never spoke to anyone from them but to my surprise an sms notifying me about them. They must just cancel that thing I don't want it.

I just received a debit order mandate from my bank of R115 from Rescue box, I don’t know who they are and how they even got my banking details, we are clearly not safe even from our banking institutions. Luckily I rejected that nonsense.

I wrote a formal request to request intervention regarding Telkom for claiming that I owe R907.96 which I did agree with because on 30 July 2025 at 16:14, I received a call from a Telkom Rewardsco agent at +***2, who informed me that I was eligible for a cellphone upgrade. However, due to stock unavailability, she offered me a new contract consisting of airtime and data for R139.00 per month. During the call, I explicitly asked her multiple times to confirm that this new contract would not overlap with my existing one, as I cannot afford to pay for two contracts simultaneously. She assured me that: - The final payment for my old contract would be 31 July 2025. - The new contract would begin debiting my account on 30 August 2025. However, I did not receive even acknowledgement from Additionally, I have received multiple SMS messages from NuDebt stating that I am in contravention of the Electronics Communications Act 36 of 2005 due to a R558.00 default linked to Telkom account ***, which later became R907.96. The messages demanded payment within 24 hours to Telkom via ABSA into NuDebt account ***, with reference *** Tel ***. Both Telkom, Telkom Rewardsco & NuDebt don't respond to Hellopeter reviews. I respectfully request that an investigation be conducted and call recording be listened to resolve this matter urgently and the R907.96 be refunded to my bank account please.

Had my Cell Phone removed from my person without my permission. (politically correct written) The AI system at Telkom for service is useless and a waste of time. Couldn't get the phone blocked no e-mail address or phone number to speak to someone other than Computer generated answers from AI. That won't help as they don't consider theft as a priority help.
