Thr worst courier experience ever. I purchased goods and Shein and these were assigned to Speedaf express (https://www.speedaf.com/cn-en) ,my parcel was meant to be delivered between the 30th of April and 01 May, it wasnt delivered then due to tye driver lying about not being able to reach me via phone. I have ca logs from 28 April onwards and none of whvh, were from the couerier which leads me to believe this driver just never made the time to deliever my parcel and decided to capture a reason for not doing so, as "recipient phone cannot be reached", to get away with it. This is very annoying as most of us make these purchases as gifts and dont expect the delivery time to exceed what was already loaded on the tracking updates. The courier service is the worst as their number also rings non stop with no answer and when they finally do answer, they tell you the driver will contact you as soon as he makes his way. This is nonsense, why do they have a WHATSAPP number that Noone even responds to, like come on? I demand the receipt of my parcel no later than 3 May as they have now listed or want a FULL refund on my items worth.
