Don't buy a franchise from Credit Rescue. Bunch of ****s all after & don't care about their franchisees. They promisee me in their franchise agreement that : 1. I will get a free Installation for my VoIP phones, which I never did , I had to struggle to install myself 2. I will get warm leads - which are all lies as I have to source them myself at a cost 3. I submitted clients and haven't received commission for them and you always have to follow up to get your commission, which consequently costs you time and money 4. There's no support for the franchise, it's always about them making money They also have breached their own franchise agreement
Have poor client service. I paid into their FNB account and submitted my proof of payment to Belinda and their accouns department and they have not credited money into my Yaxxa account . They tell me all the staff is in a meeting at 11:00 which are working times? So now is there to reconcile our payments and credit our accounts accordingly? I have lost a client as a result. Their customer service is really pathetic and unacceptable
I had a bad customer service with Ackermans Kwagga Mall. I bought a tablet last week and they did not disclose that tablet has a 3G capability ,as I want a 4G tablet and refused to exchange despite it giving me other problems, which is against the Consumer Protection Act
I paid all outstanding amounts for my Rain unlimited internet ( including arrears early this year in which I paid double , around R998) and when I pay for end May 2023 they say , I must pay an extra R499, for what because arrears have been paid . Is this how RAIN *****s and enriches itself from people's hard earned money? People please stay away from RAIN !
Dear Sir/ Madam I am Boikanyo Moema. I thought as South Africa we have transformed racist behavior and segregation, but it seems Mugg and Bean has institutionalized it. This restraunt has racist tendencies. When white customers come inside the restaurant they are quickly attended to and black customers are not. I was about to tip the waiter, but after this racist behavior i won't This is unacceptable
Alexander Forbes is non-transparent , dishonest and doesn't care about their pension fund members. I am a member of their retirement fund ( pension fund) , last year I resigned from my employer in December so that I can start a business and my employer told me that they ( Alexander Forbes) will continuously be in contact with me and that after my last contribution ( which was on the 19th of January 2022) they would start processing my payout, which were not the case. Firstly, Alexander Forbes didn't care to contact me or SMS me in this regard and their call centre's phone number is forever occupied and you will hold for a long time to be assisted to the extent that your airtime gets depleted and they didn't even care to call me back. On Saturday after lodging a complaint on their website their consultant by the name of Railey Nair sent me a form which I had already completed with my HR, which is a duplication of effort and shows a lack of professionalism and to make matters worse I called again after responding on Saturday the 29th of January to Railey Nair's email address and on Monday Railey never got back to me, instead I had to call. And Alexander Forbes told me that they will only process it from the 13th of February 2022 , which means I have to wait another 4-6 weeks from the 13th of February, which is ludicrous and unfair as this is not what I was told initially
I am unhappy with Debt Rescue service. I pay them R3200 to pay my creditors and one of my creditors has as a result handed me to MBD for non-payment and I want a refund from them since they failed to pay the creditors ( Standard Bank) or will have to report them to the National Credit Regulator I contacted them in October ( on their WhatsApp line) and they promised to call me back but didn't and yet I am paying a whopping R3200 every month to them. I want a refund from them or I will take legal action against them
Worst customer service experience by Branch Manager and her rude staff member at FNB Brits CBD branch that I have received at FNB Brits CBD branch. There was a long queue at the FNB Brits CBD Branch, for which I didn't know where the queue was going and I tried to asking the Bank Consultant ( Mpho) where the queue was going, but she was so rude using a rude tone to answer me. This shows how pathetic FNB's customer service is as the branch Manager defended the rude consultant, not apologetic. If considering opening an account with FNB , think again.
Homemark is a scam as their FuzzPro which I recently ordered does not work and their ads are misleading . Don't do business with such a dishonest business.
Hollard is the worst company ever. I had arrears in my premiums owing to financial predicaments i had encountered and made arrangements and sebt them and my financial advisor a proof of payment in this regard to pay of which i did pay on 19 March 2021 but on 20th March 2021 they cancelled my premiums.
