Avoid cartrack at all costs
Begging of the month I paid R900+ for de and reinstallation of my tracking unit yesterday I got an email saying I shud pay 870 for what? Instead of arranging installation i have to pay bills that dont exist. month end again they going to deduct but I dont have a tracking unit my car is at risk

I sm disappointed
Cartrack betrayed my trust they dropped me twice in one week. I requested deinstallation and reinstallation of a tracking unit from my old car to the new one more than 10days back. cartrack even charged me +R900 that I paid to date my car has no tracking unit. I have decided that I will find a tracking company reverse the money I paid to tracker for the service I am not getting.

Discovery is full of disappointments
22 August 2025 my daughter wanga amamukele was admitted at life suikerbosrand hospital heidelberg she was hospitalized for 5 days life suikerbosrand sent a bill to Discovery after wards claim was rejected mind you there are no restrictionson or waiting period on my medical . I got calls/emails that I shud pay the bill from suikerbos I contacted Discovery to find out the reason... Discovery told me a PMA form "they claim they sent to suikerbosrand" was missing the Dr has to sign and send to Discovery i tried calling suikerbosrand they haven't received they don't even know what a PMA form is 5 months of struggle I finally managed to get the pma form from Discovery myself fowarded it to doctor Lee. January I received the signed PMA form from the doctor forwarded it back to Discovery 22 January 2026 since then I never had any communication from discovery, iam getting threatening calls from the lawyers every minute that I should pay the bill by end of Feb 2026 since my daughter went to that went to hospital i have know no peace I thought discovery cares about its customers I was wrong if u thinking of joining discovery think carefully about your decision

Poor service I always get at absa
I always struggle to get help each time I contact absa they delay even smaller things I wonder if I encounter serious problems will they be able to help. I claimed for 2 tyres I was referred to claim expert i sent all documents that they required the only thing left is a non claim letter from absa still got nothing but they deduct money month without hesitation

Tracker just cares about sales not it's loyal customers
23/11/2024 I sold my car made arrangements to deinstall and reinstall car tracking unit with a lady by the name mamokete radebe to the new car date was 28/11/2024 I i recently installed a new unit cz the old unit ended up being sold because Mrs radebe just went quiet after I signed her forms yesterday I realized tracker debited fir two cars of with my agreement with the sales person I spoke to earlier dis month was she kills the previous one and we start afresh she told me it shows it's canceled to show I am loyal to cartrack I continued paying for the services I nolonger have for six full months while m driving my recent car without a tracking unit yesterday I reversed the 399 debit cz that's not we agreed on m being debited for two cars instead of one

Idirect is a disappointment
I am having a challenge getting proof of insurance it's been 2 weeks now I wonder wat wi happen should I have a problem try to claim i call i direct everyday calls are not attended at all my emails are not attended i think it's time i cancel the policy

Poor customer service

Don't bank with nedbank they so unprofessional
I am so disappointed nedbank allows people to take the money we work for in a second from the 13th June someone has been ****ing my account shain,uber uber eats and I have never bought anything on shain nor registered on uber or uber eats I lost my money just like that and it didn't happen once or twice same amount everyday from the 13th June to 19th June 2024 n wen I ask about my money they say investigation first
