We ordered a lounge suite from Leather Gallery, Shelley Beach. Kzn , signed the quotation and paid a deposit after selecting a color from the options they provided. Shortly afterwards, we were informed that our chosen color was not available and had to select another one. A few days later, we received another call advising that their fabricator had run out of material again, requiring us to choose yet another color after we had gone through 3 colors. To make matters worse, Leather Gallery then wanted to charge us more than the signed quotation price for the same material, simply because it was a different color. This is despite us already having a signed quotation in place. If a customer decides to cancel due to these ongoing issues, they insist on keeping 10% of the deposit. This creates the impression that customers are being trapped into either paying more than agreed or losing part of their money. We were told that someone would get back to us to resolve the matter, but we have heard nothing. We have sent emails and attempted to follow up, yet no response has been received. This whole experience has been extremely frustrating and raises serious concerns about how this business operates. We expected professional service and honest communication, but instead, we have experienced delays, changing information, additional charges, and poor customer service. I would advise potential customers to proceed with caution.

I paid out my dinning room table @ Clear Water's on the 1st May 2026, they brought a table today while they were busy offloading they recieved a call instructing them to load everything and go back.I called the store manager, he's telling me about auditing now I'm confused because I paid everything, this is the second time getting this poor treatment from this shop, they don't care about Thier customers they only care about money.Soo furious. Drivers told me that it's their head office at Durban.

I bought a full leather recliner from Leather Gallery in October 2025. By April 2026 the dye in the headrest had come out. Leather Gallery has refused to replace the chair even though it is still under guarantee.

Poor customer service, I was not notified when my order was on the way to my house, I just got a call from delivery when they were at my complex gate There was a missing item that until today I’m still waiting for it The quality of the couch is very poor it was so expensive I thought the quality is the best but I’m really disappointed at leather gallery

Bought a couch from this store and when i had a issue with the installing the leg it does not fit ,notified the store was told to log complaint on the website ,and the way the whole thing was handled is not acceptable.No body from the complaints calls me all they do is sent message a day later .no imediate response .I request that this thing sorted as soon as possible

Poor quality product at high prices, still awaiting for uplifting of defective couches since July. Once the sales person seals the deal its game over. Poor customer service and definitely not value for money. Gabby and yhe team really need to do better for their clients. We are more than securing sales

5th September I received my couches from leather gallery 3 seater had a sunk in hole on it and they sinking in when we sit on them. I reported immediately around 6pm at Clearwater after few days assessor came to chec' unfortunately I was not at he. Phoned me then I told him the problem I have with those couches and he told me write an email which I did several time not getting any help went to the shop several times before they helped in January and in February they came to assess again and on the 14th March they collected and left 1 seater I was not at home again. Then Iater that day I send the email again to complain no respond. 26t March they send me the report that they fixed the couches I responded by saying I didn't buy second so thy either give me the. New set or refund. No respond then we went back to the shop to complain the.they gave them instructions to inform us that we must contact them it on the 25 April we waited till first week of May we went to the shop again for our refund after that we received a letter from their lawyers instructing us to give them the date to deliver. So I need help cause I have spend 50000 for those couches all I need is my money back
