I paid out my dinning room table @ Clear Water's on the 1st May 2026, they brought a table today while they were busy offloading they recieved a call instructing them to load everything and go back.I called the store manager, he's telling me about auditing now I'm confused because I paid everything, this is the second time getting this poor treatment from this shop, they don't care about Thier customers they only care about money.Soo furious. Drivers told me that it's their head office at Durban.
I don't even know where to start, I've been complaining about the system that is not functioning well, I called the call center promised to come back to me and inform a technician, untill now. The only thing that they are doing well is deducting their money, for what? I dont know.
I had an outstanding of R939, I paid it last week with a referrence that they gave me now I can' print the proof of payment from my app, I asked them to checck it from their statement, they keep on sending those urgent msg's. I don't have time to go to the bank as well.
I spoke with Lungile Phefo she was soo kind and talkative, she explained most of the things.
