We ordered a lounge suite from Leather Gallery, Shelley Beach. Kzn , signed the quotation and paid a deposit after selecting a color from the options they provided. Shortly afterwards, we were informed that our chosen color was not available and had to select another one. A few days later, we received another call advising that their fabricator had run out of material again, requiring us to choose yet another color after we had gone through 3 colors. To make matters worse, Leather Gallery then wanted to charge us more than the signed quotation price for the same material, simply because it was a different color. This is despite us already having a signed quotation in place. If a customer decides to cancel due to these ongoing issues, they insist on keeping 10% of the deposit. This creates the impression that customers are being trapped into either paying more than agreed or losing part of their money. We were told that someone would get back to us to resolve the matter, but we have heard nothing. We have sent emails and attempted to follow up, yet no response has been received. This whole experience has been extremely frustrating and raises serious concerns about how this business operates. We expected professional service and honest communication, but instead, we have experienced delays, changing information, additional charges, and poor customer service. I would advise potential customers to proceed with caution.
People there are other airlines to use rather than Flysafair, have learned my lesson today not to make use of this airline again.First they give your seat away ,then place cherry on the cake to delay the flight., not trust worthy and only take your money - OR Tambo to Durban
Eskom continues to bill us incorrectly every month, despite our submission of accurate meter readings via their Eskom App. Instead of using the readings we provide, they apply inflated estimates—one month charging over R16,000 for just three standard 3-bedroom homes, which is absurd and completely unjustifiable.We lodged a formal complaint, but as expected, no response from Eskom. Meanwhile, they proceed with threats of disconnection, placing the burden of their negligence and flawed billing system on us—the paying customer. This conduct is not only *********, it feels ********. We have verified that Eskom's billing is entirely inconsistent with the actual physical readings on our meters. It is becoming clear that this is not a simple administrative error, but a pattern of systemic abuse and potential *******ion. Eskom is effectively trying to ****** funds for energy never used. Log a Formal Complaint with NERSA and File an Urgent Court Interdict (if disconnection is imminent) ".9183388510"
We made an online purchase at Makro online site on two items, the order has been confirmed and we are processing our order. We also noticed when returning to the site on the specific items advertised the price was higher than on our first order. We received an update that our order is in process and will be out for delivery. After a few days, our order was suddenly cancelled and noticed of refund. We received another notice " currently out of stock". The items were in stock and there was no identification that the item was out of stock when we made the purchase online on the specific items. We are in the process of laying official complaints and actions against Makro to the Ombudsmen according and legal actions on Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008: Order: MAK9327143 ( we have all the communications relevant towards this orders )
"Monthly payments are subject to a small administration fee for the convenience. The total cost is therefore R265 per year." ,,, My annual License fee has been paid annually, but now they want to charge you almost the same amount as your annual fee for the "so-called admin fee", this is purely *******ion and refuse to pay the extra, they can do whatever they want trace or whatever threads they come up but will not support their *******ion and ***** from me as consumer. They need to be exposed and reported
Just want to express my frustrated experience on the 4th June 2024 with Flysafair. My International flight was delayed to Johannesburg from Qatar and had to catch the 11:10 am flight with Flysafair to Durban . Have contacted then on arrival to notify my delay and had 10 min to get to their checking and that is what happend. They told in front of they check in i missed the flight they boarding and must buy new ticket " for know show" , that cost me R 500-00 extra to catch the next flight out . Why do we book on their packages free flight changes but still get charge, and from when does it say " no show" , but stand in front of their check in counter. Will never fly this airline again , they just ***** your money .
Again Buffalo Logistics services courier in South Africa , ***********, no customer care , no response , nothing . They send us import we must make payment for our package with correct invoice deliver address but the Sender , but the couriers services itself change to wrong address on their tracking site . We not paying the import if the adress are corrected otherwise we won't see our parcel. So ***********, wonder why clients still use this services
What a sales **** , still waiting for our order and only e-mail response is agent will be in contact everytime we contact them . People warned is ****. We received no tracking , nothing
Just would like to say this services are worst couriers to use and advise other agencies. They waste our time waiting for them after numerous phones calls for our parcels and never even delivered but receive sms fail to delivery for none at home address. We waited again today as promised still no RAM. Reporting them to the consumers authority as their doors need to be closed for business.Shocking what they became
Have joined Old Mutual beginning of year for annual investment and debited monthly . Have received no further updates, statement's or any response back on my emails to them . My funds suppose to be paid out soon and they have no custom services towards investments in them. Be careful were you invest , start believe i have been ****med by Old Mutual Invest SA
