On the 17th of June 2025 I bought a Home Square Stainless steel 1.8 Lt kettle for R199 at Boxer Whittlesea. When I opened the kettle at home, I discovered that it had dents on it. The next day on the 18th of June I went back to the store with my till slip. I spoke to Ziyanda and Ms Mlungwana and they took the kettle to the back office. They took a bit of time, and I decided to take a new kettle from the shelves and waited for them at the cigarette kiosk. Upon their return they informed me that the kettle cannot be exchanged, and they had tried to straighten the dents. I explained the group's return policy, Ms Mlungwana started to have an attitude and refused to give me the till slip back. I grabbed the slip from her, took the exchanged kettle and walked out of the store. If Boxer Whittlesea is serious about customer service, Ms Mlungwana and Ziyanda need to be dealt with. I am quite aware that Boxer Whittlesea is new, if nothing is done about these staff members, nearby competitors will still maintain their customer base. I expect to be given feedback on this matter.
I regret taking out a loan with Capitec, they just debit my account as they please. They do not stick to the agreement that I signed. It's like I can't manage my finances, surely this is *******. I will never recommend this bank
I called AUDI center Centurion a Leandre answered the phone in Afrikaans and was adamant to address me in Afrikaans while she could figure that I don't understand the language, I understand that Afrikaans is one of the official languages in the country; I thought the business language that Audi use is English. I don't have an issue in one answering with 2 languages to ensure you have covered everyone. Just think what will happen if a staff member at AUDI answers an English speaking customer in Setswana or IsiZulu.
I rented a car from the 26th of June 2024 to the 29th I haven't received my deposit today is the 19th of July 2024, when rented the car I was told the deposit will be paid back between 5 to 14 working days. 14 days has passed still no refund.
I got to Europecar East London to pick up a car that I rented, upon my arrival I was told that If I swipe my credit card I will get my deposit within 3 working days. When I handed over my card to Nokuthula Nozibele I was told the credit card machine was not working and I should do an EFT with immediate payment which I refused because that will bear additional charges to me. I did the EFT and emailed her proof of payment and filled in a refund form with my credit card details and was promised a refund within 3 working days after returning that car on the 11th of June. Today is the 21st of June had to phone their head office only to learn that my refund hasn't been processed I requested that my refund be done with immediate as I waited for more than 8 days but still no one is willing to commit. Please don't use Europecar/Tempest car hire they just want your money and don't care about customer service, from now on I will use any other car hire company other than Europecar/Tempest. .
Was at the so called sports bar requested to run a tab as I was going to be there for a while, I was abruptly told my waiter is knocking off I have to pay I humbly told them I am paying by card and my card is programed such that it can not swipe at the same place twice mindless of the bank charges but a so called manager insisted that I pay my bill and start a new one. I wonder who is the customer here, will I ever go back there? Not in this lifetime and I will surely tell everyone I no not to even try the place
Worst courier company that I have ever dealt with. 5 days still waiting for my delivery and they lie on their track and trace system. please don't ever use this company if you want your parcel to be delivered.
Great food Great service and value for money
Worst service ever KFC calls it's self a QSR quick service restaurant but had to wait for my order for 45 minutes with no communication at all plus when my order cam it was wrong I clearly stated that I need a thigh and drum stick but when I got home they gave me a wing and a side breast. With this experience I will never visit KFC ever again.
This bank steals peoples money if you have a positive balance is a crime they just take your money and when you want it back they give some lousy excuses. Tciko Thomas you are reall loosing it. Please pay back my money so that I can close my account
