I am very disgusted at the service I go from kwamashu mashu station I ordered a bucket at KFC at 08:58 which was a bucket that cost me R239.saw i forgot to pick it up cause was doing a few things at the center then I left , since it's crossed my mind I was rushing to the airport so I called the landline an the lady told me I must go back at take it there which is off it dose not make sense. I told them if I can pick it up at verelum cause I was by the time I called. It's either they will pay my money ASAP or give me a new order other wise I will escalate the matter I am very ****ed they such hypocrite.

Horrible service it's written that they open 24 hours. We have been waiting for 30 min at drive through. Apparently the the give us a service due to change in shift. At 1st they said they were offline The attitude it's disgusting

To Whom It May Concern, Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Incomplete Order – Order No: 1313 I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the poor service I received from KFC Botshabelo on 20 June 2025. I placed an order (Order No: 1313) and was made to wait more than an hour before it was ready. To make matters worse, some items from my order were missing. Specifically, the chips and the cold drink were not included. I had to return to the store to collect the missing chips, only to find that the cold drink was still not included. Even after following up again, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the cold drink to be brought to where I was, which caused a significant inconvenience. This level of service is highly disappointing and unacceptable for a reputable brand like KFC. I expect better customer service, efficiency, and attention to detail when it comes to fulfilling orders. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and appropriate action will be taken to prevent such issues in the future. Iam so dissappointed in KFC, fewonths back I sent a complaint/concern regarding the servoces we received from Makhado KFC, we bought a 5 piece meal only to find out that the chicken was bad, had fawl smell but due to us not staying in the area we couldnt return it but Instead we laid a complaint as we were concern about the issue but to this day nothing was done or is it because the complaint was made bu black people and so furious KFC

I ordered food via Ubereats,food never delivered, but was charged and the driver marked it delivered without getting a delivery pin from me and not giving me food.The driver registration number for a vw polo LH24NDGP.

KFC on the 14th of December 2023 I bought a meal online for R181. 90 and my order was cancelled I don't know why and they sent me a message stating that they will reverse my money in 7to 14 working days and I call the customer care number asking for my money till today I haven't receive my money so I want my money there is proof of their email below

Hello I was at KFC Armadale Johannesburg twist street the 3rd time today the service is horrible the staff is so useless arrogant disrespectful no customer service at all food has no taste it's worse they offer KFC salt not the usual spice the place is dirty the staff on their own are not clean at all I've never received such a worse distasteful rotten service ever on multiple times I went to that KFC Armadale Johannesburg twist street at one point I had to request my money back
