I PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE AT MAKRO. IT WAS ADVERTISED, 24 X 750ml OMO JIK @ R145.95. WHEN I RECEIVED MY ORDER I ONLY RECEIVED 6. IF THEY MADE A MISTAKE, SURELY THAT IS NO PROBLEM OF MINE. I HAVE EMAILED THEM BUT TO NO AVAIL. I EXPECT THE REMAINING 18 BOTTLES OF OMO TO BE DELIVERED AS THAT IS WHAT AS ADVERTISED.
What an amazing brand. If you want a perfume that lasts and smells fantastic, Eden Perfumes is the one. I bought a Marc Jacobs perfume, Daisy, and paid a fortune for it but you have to spray the whole day, does not last at all. Eden Perfumes are the best 👌
I bought en Eiger iron from Makro six months ago. Paid quite a lot of money for it as well. I absolutely hate my ironing days. The button on top, to select the level of ironing, is so frustrating because every time you put the iron down or pick it up your hand just-just touches it and it changes the setting. Absolutely frustrating. And the cord is not long enough for such a big iron. Very unhappy about my purchase
FNB COVID RELIEF???? This was deducted off my husband's account and we reversed it as we did not sign into any agreement for a COVID LOAN@!!! Now, years..... months..... down the line they hand him over to the attorneys??? Where did we take out a loan or sign an agreement for this? Please contact me on [email protected] and explain this to me please, or should I take this up with the ombudsman?

Logged so many calls for a consultant to phone me regarding medical aid. No one gets back to me. Want to take out medical aid but if this is the type of service before even joining them, what is it going to be like afterwards?? Tried to phone, go through all the voice prompts but no one answers??
Pathetic afterservice. Did nor even use my car for months but still charged me. Do not phone me or answer my emails.
After sales are terrible. I requested more than two months ago for them to re-install the unit into my new vehicle after trading in the old one. No one contacts you. No one answers their phones but they are quick to tell you that you have missed a payment. I will not be paying until they have contacted me to re-install my tracker unit. Why should I pay for a service that I am not benefitting from? The old car has been sold and that person is pretty save because he has the tracker unit that they expect me to pay monthly. Pathetic service
DEBONAIRS PIZZA SPRINGSGATE PATHETIC SERVICE!! Placed app order at 18:23 on 18.02.2022, food arrived at 19:48. I refused to pay, the driver said to phone the manager. Phone the manager, she told the driver to take the order back to the shop. Almost TWO HOURS to wait for an order???? On the app it stated that there are drivers available, if you are so extremely busy, you should not accept orders at all. Not the first time I have had bad service from them. Is there any proper, reliable food delivery services left in this country?? A person would think after the whole COVID lockdown, you would jump at every opportunity to keep you customers happy and satisfied. It could have been your doors to shut as a result of covid but we, as your CUSTOMERS kept your doors open and this is the treatment we receive. We pay for the service and the food, it is not for free. You should have closed your doors rather, if this is how you treat your customers.
I had a Edgars account and now I cannot get a paid up letter anywhere. Been phoning so many people, this way, that way and getting nowhere. Is there no-one that can assist?? Should I go to the ombudsman to help??
