Unhappy customer
I bought an iron last year, not even a year has passed and it is no longer working. Can't return it because I lost my slip. I am not happy with the product

No spares for EIGER appliances
Don't waste your money on EIGER appliances, while they make some nice stuff the products don't last. I bought their ice-maker which worked flawlessly until just after the warranty expired. I reached out to EIGER as all I need is a small spare part which has worn away which I can easily repair myself. They simply respond with 'sorry, there are no spares available for your unit'. So, I'll just throw my ice-maker in the bin (which is essentially what they suggest I do) and proceed to never buy another appliance with their brand on again.
