Bad service from ikeja i lost internet connection on friday 28 March and today its the 2nd of April no communication from them i tried calling and they said they will send a team, i've been waiting for them nothing mxm

I ordered clothes online and the order did not go through but money was deducted from my account. I tried calling their customer care and emailing them. They said they will investigate months later, Nothing.
