IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HOLD OF MWEB TECHNICAL!!!! I do not receive emails. I am spending an untold fortune on airtime to continually sit at the same caller number in the queue, in a desperate attempt I even tried through sales, but still to no avail and cut off WOWWWW ... I have not gotten emails since November 2025. they managed to fix it for a short while but now I'M BACK TO NOT RECEIVING EMAILS again!!!! I have received nothing since January 2026. How do I fix this???
Each time I go into Chamberlians Strijdom Park I am treated with absolute respect and individualism from all their staff. Right from William at the door and through the entire store. However, apart from the unbelievable service from William, there is a guy in the paint section, Tshwarelo, and he is beyond outstanding. Why he is not in a managerial position is confusing. His attention to detail, personal touch even down to ordering my favourite Sparkling Water for me is proper 1000+Star and beyond. I hope and trust this message will be delivered and handled in the appropriate manner and given optimum credit where it is due. THANK YOU
I bought a Gardena Hosepipe from Makro which was on special When the hosepipe arrived it was NOT Gardena and Not even the same specs. I booked a return and after literally begging Makro to collect it they did 3 weeks later when their terms&conditions allow for 3-4 days. I am now after 2 weeks of collecting the item getting nowhere with my refund. I keep calling and getting the same excuse. They have not fulfilled their terms and conditions and I have no idea how to get my refund from them. They have literally stollen money from me.

I keep giving Makro Online yet another chance. ~Today I made an urgent order online. My order says awaiting payment and yet not only have I made the eft payment, but it has been deducted from my bank account!!! After eventually getting through to the call centre..... thy cant help! Does Makro now get to keep the money without delivering my order?????
Theresa Vuma : Outstanding service from Discovery Insure! They are ALWAYS friendly , helpful and personalized service. I dealt with Theresa Vuma who went even further than usual. She promised to call me back on solving a situation with my policy. Not only did she resolve the situation, but she called me back on the day that she had said she will. Truly the absolute best service, difficult to believe that it’s a call center as they certainly always treat me like they know me! Optimum service. No wonder Discovery Insurance has the reputation that it has.
I ordered goods from Makro, the order was incomplete. Sent it back to store. Could not get them to understand that it needs to be re sent correctly. Then settled for a refund..... Makro are finding it difficult to authorise that as well.... MAKRO COME ON... why do you offer on line if you cannot oblige. Their workers are striking but they have charged me for products I don't have... is this not theft?? Oh and I cant speak to a manager.... and they wont allocate a refund from another store and Strubens Valleys lines are broken.... I could not make this story up!!! Makro you're a joke... although you have manage to take my money with no goods
I ordered 2 items from take a lot. They delivered JIK instead of a dog car seat cover. I logged the return / their fault online immediately. I got an email asking for photos, which i sent immediately. it is now 4 days later and I still do ot have my product, nor do i have any sort of feedback from takealot.com. I have tried to call. Their returns call line is out of order. No other department can assist. All they want to do is give me a reference number.... they are seriously not interested in the fact that I need my product that I ordered and paid for.... Come on takealot.com, why do you advertise delivery within 2 - 5 days when you cant even deliver the correct goods. Nor can you solve the problem. Nor can you stop insisting I get a reference number. Nor can you answer your call centre.... Delivery is your business so do what you say instead of taking my money without delivering the good
DentTech Strydom park are dishonest thieves. I took my vehicle in for a 3rd party claim that I was paid out for. DentTech said that they would do the repair for the same price. The parts were ordered before I took my vehicle in. I paid a deposit. Dropped my car off on the Monday. 2 days later I was emailed that my vehicle was ready but the price had increased. They would not let me have my car without paying the increased amount. My repairs were done badly and I was accused of not giving them a part that needed to be fitted which they later found when they looked in their workshop. They are all like a brick wall of dishonest individuals who I actually would not want to be in the same space with. They clearly rip insurance off and are not as used to dealing with self paying customers as lying and changing invoices comes extremely natural to them. Bunch of clowns!
