EXCELLENT SERVICE EX KOVILAN NAGIA
I have had to access a recently chipped pet and change alternate contact details on both chipped pets. Kovilan Nagia is SIMPLY THE BEST. Service and timeous response is beyond excellent. Perhaps Virbac should clone this efficient human. THANK YOU KOVILAN.

Chocolate 🍫 Labrador 7 month old FOUND
Just to let you know my 7 month old chocolate labrador SHADOW pulled a Houdini stunt and crawled through two spaces in a water canal in my property and made his way somehow along Main Road Kenilworth and was collected/picked up by a good Samaritan AMIE - after being on the run for 30 minutes - who took him to TAH Rosmead Avenue Kenilworth & despite my number being on his collar - they scanned him and got my details off his microchip - called me and I was there in 6 minutes to be gratefully relieved and reunited with him. Huge relief and thanks to your superb BACKHOME technology of VIRBAC! And of course your assistance in updating my three labradors info on your site. Thank your team from a grateful customer!
