Vodacom tambotie mall Is the worst vodacom shop you can get the staff does not treat you they way you must be treated I hade a upgrade done by the 3 weeks ago still no stock the sales lady is always on lunche ore off sick when tou call them you get feed back onlay the sales person can help you ore still no stock i told tou i will call you when therenis stock Oky i do acknowledge the feed back but can you call your head office and follow up and keep us up to date so sorry nothing we can do appel hase no stock this weekend i spoke to 3 ladys at one party they upgraded and got the iphones the same day Now whats wrong with randfontein vodacom the Staff if you ask me

on the 1ste of May me and my wife went to we bay cars at the DOME.... we went to have a look at a caravan at the Dome Branche and was helped by Okert after waiting 4 ours he was up and down helping people in between we said we will take the caravan he said he will help us we need to go to the coffee shop they have we will do everything over there after calling him over 10 times to say we want to do everything as we want to go home as the day is past and we have been waiting there for more then 5 ours he came there and helped us but was on his phone the whole time as well with his brother in-law that was working with him HE INFORMED US THERE IS A R1950-00 FEE TO PAY FOR REGESTRASION AND LICENSING.... Do we want to pay it so WE BAY CARS can do it for us ore do we want to do it our self so we said no please do it as we do not have the time to do it TO ADD TO THAT THEY LOST THE KEY OF THE CARVAN AS WELL TOOK THEM 3 WEEKS TO FIX IT AFTER I CALED THEM EVERY DAY then the next challenge was to get the papers as we Paid Cash he told us 7 working days it took them 3 weeks got the papers just to see they HAVE DONE THE FOLLOWING EGESTRASION AND NOOOOOOOOO LICENSING WAS DONE called okert on the 1ste of June he told me today is my last day at we bay cars he will send me his managers number Willie Willie I got hold of 3 days later after calling the head office for help and telling them okert gave me his number he does not pick up any calls now they get back to me telling me okert was wrong they do not do anything its on they buyers account do do so and SORRY if I do need anything ells I must just give them a call thank you I paid for it to be done and the sales person agreed with us just to find out i need to pay R1500 now extra do do so man up to your sales persons mistakes
so I applied online for a ford kuga 3 days later a Bianca from midstream called me to sat she needs all my paper work I then sent her all the paper work then 2 days later she emails me to say MFC will help me with car finance but not on the kuga so i then start sending het pictures of what i want going back and forward after a week I got I Volkswagen tiguan I wanted as MFC can only lode my shortfall of my car on top of the tiguan amount the mfc approved the tiguan deal just to hear from François the sales person Bianca was not allowed to load the tiguan for finance now then i said okay let me look at the Suzuki grand vitara and François se yes that can work just to find out this morning that they will not be able to help me as the director ore someone das not want to sign the deal of on the vitara and they cannot help me now so I emailed Bianca to say that bad survive just to get a email back to say sorry it I did not check all the details of the tiguan not happy at all we buy cars will never see me again and i will not sent any one there
