My 9ct wedding ring is peeling off, tell me how is this possible? Took it back yesterday and I couldn't get a proper report of what the issue is because it looks **** to me. How can a 9ct peel off and change color after using it for less than 6 months? Expensive for nothing - this is really frustrating.

Hi store in Festival mall has the worse customer service ever. I would like to advise anyone who is thinking of purchasing a phone from them not to do so. I bought a Nokia G21 mid-December, within a month the phone was expanding at the back as it was about to blast. I took it back to the shop since it is still under warranty, and they took it in for repairs. My phone has been gone for more than a month, there is no update as to why it's taking so long to fix, mind you the consultant had said it will take 7 to 14 working days to get it back. When I go to the shop, I am sent from pillar to post and told I should call the repairing company yet when I call the company, they state that they don't deal with the customer directly because the store gets all the updates. The staff is so relaxed, they don't even try and put themselves in the customer's shoes and understand the frustration of not having a phone. I recently received an SMS from the repairer that the phone was handed over to the courier and that was a relief, but 3 days later I still haven't received a call from the store to say I must collect my phone. When I phone them, they don't know where my phone is, And I must wait for them when they finally decide to give me my phone. Even the manager there doesn't care at all, they talk to you while seated on the chair and checking their phones. I never want to deal with this store ever again!!!

I have been calling MTN legal department to obtain my paid up letter that MTN says I owe them for a contract I had with them 2 years ago, funny because they agreed to move my number to prepaid at the end of my contract and I don't understand how was it done if I owed them. now that I have paid them to get them off my ITC profile, their service is nonsense. I called this morning and they put me through to 5 different consultants who are claiming they can't assist me because my account is in the old system and they use a new system. Like what nonsense is that? when the 5th consultant puts me through I have been holding for the past 2 hours with no consultant picking my call. Even emails are not being responded to. So maybe MTN must tell us if customers need to go straight to the head office to get a simple service! I am extremely frustrated because I need this letter urgently to submit for my ITC clearance.
Multichoice upgraded my viewing from Compact to Premium without me requesting it. I was not even aware that i was upgraded up until on the 23rd April when i went on to the whatsApp to request how much i needed to pay, to my surprise I was billed for premium viewing. I tried to call them but could not get through. Then i sent an email querying how this happened, I then received a phone call where i was told i upgraded through self service. They then sent me an email with a screen shot showing that the upgrade was done at 3:47am on the 7th of April. I sent them a screenshot of my whatsApp which showed i never interacted with multichoice up until the 23rd. Then i was told they are still investigating. Up until today they are still investigating. As far as I know the decoder updates itself around that time (3-4am) How could i be awake so early in the morning to upgrade? I requested them to do proper investigation and testing because this is not the first time. Last year i would have to pay extra charges for an upgrade that i did not request, up until i monitored it daily to identify the issue which was that every time i pay their system would upgrade my viewing. this was sorted out in August 2020 after 4 months long of struggling with trying to explain that i did not request any upgrades. I have been treated unfairly and I refuse to pay any more charges like last year. they should know better, identify the bugs in their system and then come up with a corrective measure. For instatnce if i upgrade there should be an SMS following up/ confirming that i have upgraded. What happens to keeping the client informed? i do not understand how could the investigation take so long as I have provided proof that i did not upgrade. They are ripping people off - if this is their way of increasing their profits by charging people for viewing they did not request then that is so wrong.

these guys have kept my parcel for over a month - i told the courier guy to return it back to home choice. when i phone them they say it will be sent the following day - i follow up a few days later and nothing has been done,i have phoned them a million times i am starting to think maybe may parcel was stolen as i don't get a valid reason why they are not sending the parcel back.
<p>I purchased a car from Kia in Midrand, I was told i will be getting a cash back of R5000 but when i went to fetch the car on the 22 February 2017 the sales lady told me that the manager was not in to sign the cheque. A month later i went back to find out where my cheque was but i was then told that the sales lady forgot to capture it during the deal and therefor i will not be getting the cash back! </p> <p> </p> <p>I feel i was treated unfairly by this garage, it has acted against the consumer protection Act No.68 of 2008.</p> <p>My right to a fair and honest dealing and the right to fair and responsible markerting was not considered int this case. The Sales manager did not even have the decency to contact me and apologies on behalf of Kia and ensure that i as the customer is happy. After this experience i will never recommend Kia to anyone and all they do is to make sure they achieve the sales and do not care about what promise they have made to the clients.</p> <p> </p> <p>I now had to involve my legal advisers for the matter to be resolved as I refuse to be conered and they have dealiver on whatever was agreed upon the purchase of the car.</p>
